Misleading host stay away
Unfortunately i am unable to give no stars however if i could i would.
I've been sleeping on the floor for 3 nights so far on a 7 night booking.
I booked for 3 people
I contacted via email to confirm the bedding arrangements they confirmed that 3 beds would be provided.
I recieved by reply email confirmation that 3 "beds" would be provided
The email promises a "futon bed" that in a subsequent email further advised it should be just right for our stay for my self 13 yo daughter snd 15 yo son.
The people who tennant the office down stairs in the same building advised that our room is only for 2 people.
It is a 2 person apartment
2 towels
2 beds
2 knives
2 forks
2 pair chopsticks
2 pillows
2 bowls
This room was advertised to sleep 3 people there is no way this apartment is for 3 people.
I am extremely dissapointed that I am still trying to convince the host that I am sleeping on the floor and now after 3 nights they have done NOTHING to rectify the situation.
i would make a strong recomendation not to stay in any place provided by this company.
