Location is good and it is near the train station, the room size is quite impressive, I can put 3 big luggages inside the room.

Unbelievable bad experience.
I landed Tokyo around 2 am in the morning on 4 Jun. Checked in and paid the fee by cash. Later these four took place. Each of them is unbelievable.
1. The front desk asked me to give cash back afterwards - On 9:00 am on 4 Jun, the front desk called me and said she gave me 300 yen more when she gave me changes. I replied I will come to the front desk.
2. The front desk kept calling room telephone and knocking door after I replied I will come back to the front desk for this. In the end, they even opened the door without my permission - When I came back to the front desk, the front desk said that they have camera so we could see how much I gave to the front desk clerk when I paid the fee. I then went back to room while they were searching the camera. I went back to bed and would like to catch up some sleep as I went to bed at around 4-5am that morning. Later the front desk called my room and asked me to come down when I have time. I answered I will and went back to sleep. However, the front desk kept calling room telephone for around 5 times, and kept knocking door for around 4 times. They even opened the door in the end without getting my permission.
3. The hotel refused to let me see video but kept asking me to give 300 yen to them - On 4 Jun night, I went to the front desk, the manager refused to let me see the video and kept asking me to give them 300 yen back.
4. The front desk said there might be misunderstandings due to language barriers.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious enough for us to open 2 large suitcases fully. There wasn’t much to offer in the area but the subway station was nearby with elevators so we could roll our luggage easily when we arrived n when departing for Haneda, which was a direct train ride. It was very near Ginza without paying the Ginza hotel rate. Was a good and convenient last night stay before returning home.

Staff was very helpful and check in and check out process was very easy. The room had everything I needed and amenities were available for you to pick out at the front desk.

Excellent service from the moment you walk in the door. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and not too bad in terms of space. They also have space for storage of bags after checkout as well as scales for weighing bags. With being located very close to subway and metro lines it’s a great option for all.
