Highly recommend this wonderful hotel with incredible staff

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we were warmly welcomed and provided with excellent service from the fantastic staff. From reception to bell services to the door team to concierge to housekeeping, each staff member is kind, helpful, professional, and provides the utmost service. We transferred our luggage to the Ambassador from another Disney hotel and the pieces were waiting in our room. The room was impeccably clean and thoughtful extras were provided like pajamas, slippers, bags, toothbrushes, keepsake cups, and more. As we were departing the hotel, we were incredibly touched by the warm goodbye from the door and bell services teams, who provided handwritten thank you cards (which we have kept) and waved goodbye to us until we were out of sight. Thank you so much to everyone at the Disney Ambassador Hotel for the most incredible stay!

A more affordable great stay at Tokyo Disney Resort

We booked a two-night vacation package here as they are the more affordable option. We moved from the Toy Story hotel and came here after the park had closed. The shuttle service from Tokyo Disneyland was easily available from the Tokyo Disneyland bus stop depot. It was a quick 5 minute ride from Tokyo Disneyland.
Check in was quick and efficient. The lobby and its surrounding had art deco feel to it. The property is also a short two minutes' walk away from Ikspiari, a small scale version of the Disney Spring.
I have to admit that the best thing about accommodation in Japan is the efficiency of its luggage service. Checking in after the park had closed, tired and found our luggage had already been in our room was brilliant. Kudos to the management. The room itself was standard, spacious enough for the four of us. The room also had sofa as well as a trundle bed. The room featured all the basic amenities you might need. Shower and toilet were in two separate rooms, a nice perk for the morning when you want to head to the park early.
We had a Chef Mickey breakfast twice as part of our vacation package and it was both delightful. We also met Stitch on the second breakfast, an unexpected surprise.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Ambassador Hotel. Given the convenient transport links, it served as a perfect base to take on Tokyo Disney resort.
One complaint from us was the shuttle from Disneysea after the park had closed. We waited at least 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and the traffic from Disneysea to the hotel was around 30 minutes. We eventually reached the hotel at around 22.30PM.

Hotel was perfect we had a great stay at the hotel. The disappointing part was the fact we had to pay to let the kids use the pool in the hotel and I had to pay for myself to supervise them. I find the booking misleading stating that the hotel has a pool as an amenities but in fact it’s a paid service instead.

Excellent hotel choice in Disneyland Tokyo

It was our first time in Disneyland Tokyo and we had tickets to both parks so we selected the hotel that was the most conveniently located to walk to both. Beyond that, this hotel is really great as it includes a convenience store to buy whatever you need for a breakfast on the go, and it's also only a 15 minutes walk from the station and is just next to the Shopping mall. Plus the room was very big and the beds were excellent. We would definitely go back!

i cant rave enough about how EXCELLENT our stay was here. The place is an absolute dream and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an AMAZING stay.
