湯田温泉の端で便利で快適なホテル

90歳の父を伴った3人旅立ったので、和室で夕食は部屋で食事できるところを選んで予約しました。４階の部屋だったのですが、部屋もきれいで快適で、エレベータの近くで温泉大浴場の同じフロアということで便利でした。また食事も大満足。さらに、湯田温泉内の観光施設を朝から１時間ほどぶらぶら歩いて楽しめました。高齢者を伴った私たちにとっては、なんといっても従業員の皆さんの笑顔と気持ちの良いサービスに感謝です。

The smoking room is the default after the breakfast mystery

It's a cozy hotel that seems like it's been around for a while. Unusually, dinner breakfast was included and booked. The dinner was Japanese, but it was surprisingly delicious, with some Western-seasoned fish here and there. Although the hot springs do not have such facilities, the water itself feels relaxed and clean (my personal impressions) and I was very satisfied.
And as for the mystery of the breakfast title, I made a reservation without any notice on the reservation site because breakfast was called Japanese breakfast, so I made a reservation without worrying about anything, but it seems that there is also a Western breakfast. There was also a note at the front desk asking if I'd checked in at check-in. I chose "Japanese" at the time of booking on the site, so naturally I wasn't asked, and I have no complaints about that, but it's a mystery where I was able to book. I didn't notice it at the time of booking because the plan didn't show smoking/non-smoking, but it is a basic smoking room. This can't be helped because of our assumptions.

風呂がぬるい

浴槽は一つで、洗い場だけの風呂は寂しい。ぬるい湯に長く浸かっていても爽やかさは得られない。シャワーの熱い湯をかけて温めた。獺祭とフグの夕食に惹かれて泊まった宿の楽しみは食事。獺祭は、小さなグラスにあり盆には、てっさと鉄鍋と茶碗蒸しにご飯と漬物と煮凝りが乗っている。その後唐揚げに味噌汁が運ばれた。熱いものを先に頂かなくては味が変わる。茶碗蒸し、唐揚げ、味噌汁を飲んで漸くてっさを頂いた。鍋の固形燃料に火を付けるのを断り何とかてっさを獺祭と共に頂いたが、薄く少ないてっさと獺祭は、数分で終わった。酒を好む御仁を相手の献立を考えた様だが、この料理人は酒の飲み方のいろはもご存知ないらしい。お勧めできないコースでした。

ふぐ三昧

夜ごはんのふぐ料理がとってもおいしかったです。唐揚げが特に、ふわふわのふぐの身を味わえて一番好きでした。
お風呂は広くはないけれど、ゆっくりできてよかったです。

そこそこ、満足です

和室に泊りました。やはり冷蔵庫がないのは不便です。食事がウリのようで、朝食はとてもおいしく、満足でした。
