Great price, location

This was a perfect little hotel for my short stay in Amman. Family owned and operated. Clean little single to rest. Steps from Roman amphitheatre, walkable to countless Hashimi area restaurants, cafes, shopping. Someone at desk 24/7. Yes, it's dated, some ceiling paint crumbles dusting bedspread, toilet chamber and shower share a space. It's not the Hyatt at this price, but then you wouldn't be in the middle of the action at the Hyatt. Mustafa at the front desk was awesome: kind, efficient, good humored. Bright kid is going places, so don't be surprised if he's off to uni abroad by the time you get here.

Before reservation read ALL THE COMMENTS!!!!

The worst hotel experience in my life. We were shocked when we came to the hotel and found out that we had to pay extra for heating even though it was cold outside. Towels, sheets and everything was dirty, probably from the guests before us. But I want to thank the owner, because if it wasn't for him, we would never end up im the Amman Pasha hotel, which is one block away, and meet the friendly staff and eat all the good food.

Good Location

I stayed in this hotel a couple of Nights, the bed was confortable,the size of the room was good, the AC was working fine, the personnel was very kind and attentive that helped me out to recover my lost luggage from the airline that was getting me crazy with its call center, the location very good close to the Roman Theater and walkable to the Citadel and close to some restaurants to buy food. when i arrived to the hotel was almost 1 am and was able to find a place to eat good food and cheap, Do not expect a Fancy hotel for me was good but the rooms needs some maintenance, the Breakfast was Buffet kind of basic but enough for me.

Do not stay at this hotel! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I was at the hotel one night and it was the worst experience in hotels of my life!!!!.The hotel stated as no show for my booking so i couldn’t leave a review. I actually want to leave one as it was the worst experience in my life! Bedlinen was not changed, you could see and smell the dirt from previous guests on the sheets. I actually had to use towel on top of my pillow to try and get some sleep, without even going inside the sheets. Wich leads me to my next point... for hours a group of around 4 men were making noise, loud music, singing, talking up till 2am. I asked from inside my room to keep it quite and as the men realised i was women they took turns going to my door Knocking and trying to open it. I never felt so vulnerable, scared and unsafe in my life. This went on from 12:00am to 2am. I called the reception, which cost me around 3£, and Someone went to their room and ask to keep it quite because someone had complained. The hotel person didn’t even bother to tell them to stop harassing me!!!!Nightmare!!!! The men went again and again to my door lnocking and triyimg to open it! Mind you the locks in the rooms are a disgrace so seriously i was dead scared! I am a wonen and was travelling solo so you can imagine how i felt having 4 men taking turns to do that. That hotel sh even be opened!
It’s not clean, no security and the people running the hotel couldn’t care less and try to get away by declaring guests as no shows so they can’t leave reviews!
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

nice staff , perfect location

First of all I'd like to thank hotel staff for their kindness and availability, thank you! hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Amman, 200mt to Roman theater and walking distance to Old downtown! rooms are OK, nothing too fancy but neither bad! I was really happy I've choosen this hotel and if I go back in Amman I'd be happy to book it again
