amazing

The hotel is beautiful
And the reception is great
And the room service staff are nice
I thank the hotel staff
The restaurant has delicious dishes and a wonderful location with a view
However, when we asked for breakfast in the room for one person, the breakfast was enough for two people, and it was plenty, and this is an advantage, and when we asked for more bread
The restaurant refused, so the other person was forced to go out and have breakfast at the restaurant

The hotel is relatively clean, and the room was good. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was extremely disappointing. One of the receptionists clearly lacked even the most basic customer service and hospitality skills. Her attitude was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and made my stay uncomfortable from the start. Because of this negative experience, I decided to end my open-ended stay and move to another hotel. It is unfortunate when the actions of a single employee can negatively impact an otherwise decent property. I would not stay here again unless there is a significant improvement in the quality of service and professionalism at the front desk.

Wonderful stay

Excellent hotel and excellent location. We visited this hotel from South Africa. The room was decent size however we felt the bathroom is on the smaller side but it's not too bad you can manage. The hotel location is very good with a nice vibe in the area and lots of shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafes in the street. Overall staff and service are very good. Breakfast was lovely as well. I Will recommend this hotel to others. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

There is a butcher shop in the first floor and it wakes us up every time they cut meat, also the AC turns off by it self so we have to call reception to start it.
Then housekeeping start moving furniture and making noise at 6 in the morning.
No parking spots available
Elevator needs one of the employees to make it go down to parking floor!
