Great apartment in Agios Nikolaus
This Airbnb apartment was perfect.
The location in the centre of the town with great seaview and only 20 meters from the sea ( where you could dive in and don’t have to walk in hot sand )
The owner paid close attention to detail.
The kitchen was stocked with salt, pepper, olive oil, tea bags, and coffee, both instant and filter coffee. There was water in the cooler for our use. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment, an air conditioning system, and a terrace around the corner that provided sunlight in the morning and afternoon, as well as shade when desired.
We would gladly come back to this great apartment again!

Spectacular Views, Unique Welcoming, Home Air!
We stayed for two nights in Agios Nikolaos at the Perla Apartments: immediately the owner Popi welcomed us with kindness and availability. The location of the apartment is strategic: 5 minutes from the historic center, harbor and traditional taverns. Supermarket very close to a few meters, where you can buy fruit and any other product at a moderate price (we chose the supermarket instead of relying on small shops that unfortunately play a lot on price). The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful area, there are few places, which do not turn up the music. The passage of cars is moderate, you do not hear excessive traffic. Popi has 4 apartments in the floor where we were: the one assigned to us has a unique view and the large terrace allows you to have breakfast / lunch / dinner in two: this was the highlight of the stay! Apart from the fact that the apartment also has a spectacular view from the bed, you can see the sea and the islet that stands in front of Agios Nikolaos. The quiet beach is just below the apartment: during the first day of stay we decided to have lunch on the terrace and go down there, honestly I think it is the most beautiful stretch of beach in the surroundings: quiet (without deafening music of the most worldly beaches) and with a free stretch in which to place the towel. The apartment inside consisted of: small bathroom, but functional, with bath kit (shampoo, shower gel and towels), a kitchen area, equipped with cutlery, glasses, cups, plates etc. .. , sleeping area with bed, dining table and sofa, all in one space in our apartment. The cleaning was excellent, Popi cleans the apartment daily and you can decide with her what time. We felt at home! Recommended!

Spacious clean & with a great view
Perfect! A beautifully clean spacious apartment with all the amenities in a brilliant location with a stunning view. Swim directly across the road or walk left to the bay and the beach clubs, walk right and you find a multitude of restaurants. Again if you turn left there is an excellent supermarket about 2 minutes walk away from the apartment where we bought beach towels and all our breakfast needs. The beautiful host Popi has thought of everything including those things that you so desperately when traveling for a while like a clothes horse & pegs, a plastic wash basin, iron & ironing board, there is even a beach umbrella. We had no problem finding free parking across the road. This is a great place to stay if you want to just be free to relax and go at your own pace.

Near the sea
Clean rooms with nice view, the location is near to the center with shops and taverns. The host was very kind and helpful ,the time of check in is 14:00 P.M but she gave us the room earlier !

Fantastic sea views
Arrived Saturday 20th July for 10 days, met with Popi who looks after the apartments and cleans them daily to a very high standard.She was keen to show us the sea view which was spectacular you really could not miss it, even lying in bed you had that view right in front of you.
The apartments are well equipped with with a small kitchen with everything you need, fridge , kettle, 2 ring hob etc.
The room also has air con which is essential as temperatures daily are in the 30,s.
A fantastic balcony which stretched round the side of the apartment.
A safe free of charge is also provided.
You do have a road in front of the property where you do hear some noise but not so busy, this did not bother us as we have a train line at the back of our flat in the Uk.
Holidays are about compromise and the road is that especially for the sea view.
Perla apartments are great value for money stay and we will certainly visit Agios Nikolaos in the future and stay at the Perla.
Thanks again to Popi for allowing us to store our luggage in the office and return later in the day to collect as our flight was not till later that night.
There is a bit of a hill up to the entrance from the main road, keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.
