a lovely comfortable hotel

The hotel is very well located, just a 5-10-minute drive from Alexandroupoli. The staff are very friendly. While not overly large, there is a pool. The rooms are large and have balconies. The hotel is clean. The parking lot is very spacious, and we had no problems with Wi-Fi.

We went to Alexandroupoli mainly for the sea, but the hotel's pool was actually quite comfortable. We stayed on a full board basis.
The full board menu was a bit more limited compared to the restaurant's regular offerings. The same meals tended to repeat, so we ended up eating out 1-2 nights.
It would be nice if the menu was refreshed at least once a week with a few new options. After 3-4 nights, having the same dishes for lunch and dinner gets a bit boring.
That said, the food was very tasty and the portions were generous — we couldn’t even finish our plates sometimes.

Hotel has potential but overrated

Hotel looks great from the outside and on the ground floor. The toilets in the reception room are also picobello. De devil is in the details. The reception was more business than cordial. Not really a problem but we've been through better. Status maintenance bathroom could be better. Toilet did not flush properly (and we know that you are not allowed to flush toilet paper...) and when the bath drained, the bath water flowed into the bathroom through the well. Receptionist responded if this was the first time, but arranged for a maintenance man to come by, Tap of the bath was loose. Pool looks very good. We had the misfortune that we could not use this on the first day in connection with a wedding (no compensation offered). Elevators are good. Breakfast is ok unless you have a gluten and/or lactose intolerance (no gluten-free bread or goat milk/yogurt). Carpet first floor is filthy. Hotel has potential but due to moderate state of maintenance overvalued.

Absolutely not

We stayed at the hotel at night on February 1, 2025 during our visit to Alexandrapoli. Looks like a very neat hotel from the outside, but the hotel''s rooms are ridiculous. It’s officially pillows, sheets, ugly dirty even stinks. February in the property room leave it in bed they don't even give it a blanket we slept on a blanket frozen. It’s never a Recommendation and don’t get overrated.

Quality desk and restaurant service. Although a short stay ,staff was Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
