Beautiful peaceful spot
Elli turns this little corner of paradise into something really special with her care, attention and recommendations. Lovely studios with lovely view - magic in the evening.
The beach bar was great, lovely breakfasts and lunches. 15 min walk into town along the cliff and beach.
My husband felt quite unwell while we were there so the 113 steps to the car park were a bit difficult for him, but on our last day a new goods lift (platform) has just been installed so he and our bags were whisked to the top!
Our daughter and son in law lead high pressure London lives and were able to totally decompress at this little corner of paradise.

Amazing find!
We were staying in the same beach in Levrossos and came upon the beach club. We returned every day as could rent a bed and umbrella for 15 euros in luxury. The staff were so kind and the food delicious. One of the few places that serve Prosecco on the island. Very clean and chic for a small island. We looked at one of the studio apartments and will come back and stay. The music is very nice too.
There is a shower for after a dip in the sea and clean bathrooms.

Only for Zen Addicts
When I was writing in my personal agenda my medium to long term plans, I didn’t imagine that I would find what I was dreaming of so quickly. I’m telling you; it works. In order to receive, you need to simply ask the universe for it. Out loud or in writing. It’s like coding your analog life. What I wished for, among other things, was a cozy house just steps away from a perfect beach, a turquoise sea, and nothing but beautiful souls around me. And I know I’m not even original. Who wouldn’t want that? But how many people really believe this is a dream that can come true, if only you do something about it. And everything it takes nowadays is just little research on the net.
Guess what - the cozy house turned out to be one of Petradi’s Studios. We go there for 3 years now. And we stay in the same studio every year which gives us the feeling that this is our Greek vacation house. A perfect sized spotless studio, the cleanest bathroom, a patio – overlooking the sea and the other side of the island – with a cooking device, kettle and a fridge, where you will always find free beers and water. Even if I’m a cognac or a whiskey person, I sure do appreciate this gesture. As I appreciate the local raki as a part of the whole island experience. Also, at Petradi’s Studios, laundry is for free. I’m telling you, I feel just like home, except for the fact that my current house is not next to the sea. Although, with the sea level rising by the minute, this might change very soon. So, I should really be careful what I wish for.
What makes Petradi a unique place where you keep wanting to go back to like a Zen addict, is Elli – the goddess in charge with putting the holy in your days there. Always on the run to meet her guests’ needs, she still manages to find the time to have a late-night drink with you. In our first year there she made us a list of recommendations not only in Aegiali, the closest “town” to Petradi, but one encompassing the attractions of the whole island – amazing beaches, great restaurants, or simply a good coffee place or a bar with exceptional views. Everywhere we went guided by her magic list, our expectations were not only met, but exceeded.
What also makes Petradi an amazing stay-cation place is the fact that you can just never leave the premises. Simply because it has all of the things on Elli’s list. So don’t worry if you’re not the adventurous type and don’t feel like renting a car; you have everything you need right there. A terrace for your morning habits (coffee, fresh juice, breakfast), a taverna across the beach (Levrossos) where you can also eat and drink, and la piece de resistance, the private beach. I was born on the Black Sea Coast, and I saw my secluded places being invaded by tourists one after another. Maybe that is why I love the idea of having to dial a digit code to get to Petradi’s beach. And once you’re there, you feel like a VIP who made it home safely after fooling all the paparazzi.
From the minute you arrive at Petradi Studios, all you can say is – perfection exists! And then you start to feel the same! And after ten days there, trust me, you could teach Dalai Lama a thing or two about the noninvolvement of the spirit.
PS – I’m writing this review out of gratitude for Elli. Otherwise, I secretly wish this place won’t be attacked by the space invaders. But we’re still safe. End of September and October the island looks like we rented it all for ourselves. But Elli’s place is fully booked throughout the season. So you better start planning your vacation now.

Most magical place ever been.
Quite simply one of the most magical places I have ever been to..views to die from , so comfortable, rooms perfect with balcony or patio, communal area, all amenities and ideal set up for self catering holiday, but there is a restaurant/bar included next door, and literally what feels like a private beach (Levross) with the most incredible abundant nature all around (they grow so many veg/ fruits). This place will be an enduring memory and I'm determined to return again and again. The family and their staff who run this incredible place are wonderful and do everything to make you feel safe and happy. I don't want to tell anyone about it as it's like a secret in the world that should be protected at all costs, sshhhhh ;))

Eden in Greece
We had the greatest time in the villa for 10 days. The villa is just amazing and the secluded beach is great.
The bar is great as well, the way they designed the area is great especially during the heat wave, all the tables are in the shades and we wera able to enjoy the food without "suffering" from sunburns.
Elli the owner and Polly her assistant are great, very helpful, they do everything for us.
