I was very happy with the accommodations. My spot has a lovely private balcony that wrapped around the corner unit that was great for morning coffee and evening meals. The location was great and accessable.. very Walkable are and it's located in a great neighborhood a couple of blocks from the Focionos negri area of Kepseli neighborhood. A vibrant artist neighborhood with great restaurants and shops... Full of locals . Not tourists. It was great! I highly recommend this place to anyone. Loved it. 10 out of 10.

This building is in a good condition when comparing with other building in this area.
The price is good for what it is given.
The area is not good at all, dirty street, has dog poo everywhere and don't seem to be a safe area. Many african in the street and yelling at night.
The toilet in the room is really weak. In order to not choking the toilet, you need to keep flashing it while you are pooing .........
has Ant in the room even i bought no food at all.

The accomodation is located in Kypseli which is a very cool location just outside Athens which is personally my favourite city in Europe. You can reach Kypseli easily by public transport but also no issue with getting Uber or Bolts and then its also easy to get to other areas from there.
The apartment is a nice block with 12 other apartments all tastefully decorated with a bright modern decor. The apartment was clean and the bathroom and shower very nice. There was also a small balcony with a very easy to operate electronic blinds and Bay windows which opened out on to the balcony. The matress was Kingsize and very comfortable. Maybe if there could have just been left a little cutlery and plates as it is a self service apartment this would help. Its basically feels like a hotel room but as an apartment which is fine but this small detail can help.
The Wifi was easily available , it could run a little better and powerfully, but easily passable. But overall very nice and it was also very quiet, I wasnt disturbed at all. I got a lot done in the 4 days, went for good meals and met with everyone zi needed to. Thanks for making it such a great trip and it was very reasonably priced. I would stay again.

Okay, its decent

Building was sleek and chic. Rooms were clean and big enough. But there is lacking in Ventilation. I could open the window but the the metal blinds outside of the window. So you dont see anything at all. The location is far from the city center or the touristic parts. You need to take a bus. The area of the location is ghetto as well. I would not recommend to solo female travelers at all.
What I don’t like the most is when an establishment asks you after to give a perfect score.

The worst

The worst experience we have ever had. We arrived at the accommodation at 22:30, after a 6-hour drive, to discover that the apartment we had paid for on June 8-9 had been booked for others, and since June 3. The person in charge of the accommodation put it on Booking, and literally left us to sleep on the street, since all the accommodation that night in Athens was full. Of course no physical presence from someone to help us and of course not a phone call the next day to find out what happened to us. UNACCEPTABLE !!!
