Non so se riuscirò mai ad accedere.

Sono arrivato un'ora fa, non ho ancora visto la stanza, ho già trascorso un'ora cercando di accedervi perché vogliono che usi l'app, poi non ti inviano i codici, e per accedere ti fanno pagare altri 32 € anche se abbiamo già pagato.
Non c'è nessuno a cui chiedere. L'app non funziona.
Evitalo.

Hidden charges and poor service

The room was decent in terms of size and cleanliness. Communication with the property was impossible, as only a phone number was provided, which we called many times with no result. When we arrived and asked for help from the reception for check-in, we were told we had to do it electronically. We asked for help again because I had forgotten my email password, and I was informed again that we had to get along on our own, even though we had already paid the entire amount, with no possibility of refund. Finally, while we checked in, we received an extra charge of 16 euros, which if we did not pay, the check-in would not be completed. I asked the reception again what this charge was and why it wasn't written anywhere, and they answered "this is the housing tax."
Decorative service, hidden charges, minimum benefits (not even a coffee capsule).
Disappointing

Vague information and charges

I made the reservation through Booking where he said that pets are allowed.After I made the payment, they informed me that there is a charge of 22€ plus while they said in fine letters that there may be an extra charge without stating a price.Since the price was non-refundable I could not cancel due to the initial amount of 48€ together with the tourist tax and the dog to go to 78€.The extra charge was not justified for a night in such accommodation and I did not see when I could check out.

Excellent minimalist facilty - reminds me of a quality airport transit hotel like one I've stayed at in the Singapore airport (though more roomy). The rooms are very clean, new, high functionality, comfortable, great location, a convenient refrigerator, basic kitchen utensils, a water airpot and a small heating element for simple cooking. You can come at any time of the day before the 3:00pm check-in, by entering the temporary 4 digit code at the front entrance, then leaving luggage in the complimentary lockers in the lobby (also activated through the 4 digit code). Once you get near the 3pm check-in time, your room access code is emailed to you. That code will be your access into the building as well. The elevators don't need a code to access your room floor (don't touch the keypad in the elevator). There is someone in a small office in the lobby at all times, and they're very helpful. They're also quite responsive via the chat feature. Overall very happy and would definitely stay there again.
