Ottima posizione.
Ottima posizione, vicino alla maggior parte delle attrazioni e dei servizi. Il personale della reception era cordiale, ma alcune delle donne che lavoravano nell'area colazione avrebbero potuto beneficiare di un corso di servizio clienti o ospitalità. Sembravano infelici di avere ospiti lì. Tuttavia, questo non si applicava a tutti.
Una cosa importante da tenere a mente è che le camere non sono molto ben insonorizzate. Questo è particolarmente evidente se c'è una porta comunicante tra le camere. Ne avevamo una e potevamo sentire tutto ciò che i nostri vicini dicevano a un volume normale.
Il servizio di pulizia inizia a fare rumore nei corridoi già dalle 8:00. Questo rende difficile dormire.
A parte questo, l'hotel è pulito, ben tenuto e le camere sono piacevoli. La colazione è discreta, anche se la selezione non è particolarmente ampia. Il personale passa e versa succo e acqua al tavolo, ma riempie i bicchieri solo poco più della metà ogni volta, il che può essere un po' fastidioso. Sarebbe più comodo se gli ospiti potessero servirsi da soli, come è comune nella maggior parte degli altri hotel.

Posizione favolosa, hotel pulito con letti comodi ma carente in alcune aree!
Alcuni aspetti positivi... in particolare la meravigliosa posizione di questo hotel in Ermou Street nel cuore di Atene. Inoltre, un hotel molto pulito con una bella decorazione e il buffet della colazione era adeguato. Inoltre letti comodi e nessun rumore sentito dalla nostra camera, anche se eravamo sul retro dell'hotel senza vista. Questo non è un hotel economico, quindi la mia recensione si basa su questo, e sul fatto che è un hotel a 4 stelle. I punti positivi che ho menzionato sono quelli che puoi facilmente sperimentare in un hotel a 3 stelle. Quindi, cosa rende questo hotel un po' più speciale...? Beh, non ne sono davvero sicuro. A parte la posizione, abbiamo trovato alcuni aspetti piuttosto deludenti. In particolare lo spazio per appendere i vestiti che era, francamente, patetico. Se intendi soggiornare in questo hotel, non troverai un armadio nelle camere doppie più piccole e dovrai portare le tue grucce, altrimenti dovrai vivere dalla tua valigia. Inoltre, l'illuminazione è molto confusa, poiché gli interruttori sono difficili da navigare. Il bagno è minuscolo con solo una porta scorrevole che offre poca privacy. La stanza era molto pulita, tuttavia erano forniti gel doccia, shampoo e balsamo. Tuttavia, non c'era nessun posto dove appendere gli asciugamani. Erano forniti accappatoi, ma non c'era nessun posto dove appenderli! La vista dal bar sul tetto è bellissima, specialmente con l'Acropoli come sfondo. Siamo andati lì una sera per un drink prima di uscire per cena. Tuttavia, dopo aver aspettato un'ora per essere serviti con le nostre bevande, ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via sentendoci delusi dal servizio abissale. Il personale qui è gentile ma distante. Non sceglierei di soggiornare qui di nuovo. Sento che potrei pagare meno per un servizio migliore... e un armadio per appendere i vestiti.

Ottimo hotel in centro ad Atene. Praticamente quasi sulla Piazza Syntagma. Check In e Check Out velocissimi. Personale ottimo, professionale e gentilissimo. Camera pulita ottimamente come ottima è stata la Prima Colazione sul terrazzo con vista splendida sull'Acropoli : un risveglio da sogno.

All'inizio il servizio di front desk dell'hotel non era buono, la camera singola classica è stata data alla camera classica, poi ho detto al servizio clienti di Ctrip che la cosa è stata risolta dopo la trattativa.
