Such a great spot, walking distance to the city center near acropolis shopping and all the food you can imagine. Nightlife nearby was great. Could get most places within 10 minutes and only 30-40 from the airport. Chill place but around the corner is all the busy of the city. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Would love to visit again!

Don't go to this place
We tried to contact them the week before our stay, but never received a response to our email or WhatsApp. On the day of arrival, we found ourselves at 8 PM, but found the door closed and without any information. We called, emailed, used WhatsApp, texted, and Instagram, but no one responded. Finally, at 11 PM, we decided to look for another hotel. At 2 AM, we received an email with the door code and the location of our key/room. The breakfast we'd paid for in advance is served at a café elsewhere in the neighborhood, but they didn't have our information either (breakfast there is definitely not recommended). Furthermore, we received absolutely no information, nothing about when housekeeping would arrive, we repeatedly asked for new towels before receiving them (we stayed there for a week!), and we weren't told how checkout would proceed. We only received an apology via WhatsApp after we suggested that it might have been polite. So, we never saw or spoke to the owners in person. Even when we indicated we wanted a refund for the first night, it took five days for them to take action. We only received a fraction of the amount back, so we contacted them again to ask for a full refund. The response was, "Okay, we'll do that" (as if they'd tried to get rid of it for less in the first place).
The room: there were cockroaches in the building, the electrical outlets were loose in the wall, the shower has a switch, but it didn't work the first day (hot water is a problem in cloudy weather!). The rooms were also supposed to be soundproof, but that was absolutely not the case. Every morning at 7 a.m., we were woken by garbage trucks going through the street, and on weekends, the room reverberated with music from the café below the hotel until late at night.
If you go to Athens, definitely don't go here! These people have no idea what hospitality means.

This will be somewhat mixed. While the room was very nice and clean, there was no staff present, no proper check in, the neighborhood is very sketchy, there is no clear sign where the hotel even is! Photos on Expedia are very deceiving. Had no instructions on how to get into building and room. Had to call number on web site. Once the check in shock was over, not a bad experience as great dining and shops to blocks on the left.

Very nice quiet apartment was nice and clean. Would stay there again no problem.

Good vibes only
Great place with excellent service and a perfect location if you’re looking for a true taste of Athens!
I stayed for two nights, and the apartment had everything I needed and more. It even has a small kitchen area for preparing meals, a lovely private terrace, and easy access.
The owners are kind and helpful, and the price is very reasonable.
