We had such a lovely time in Charakopio! The place is beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. The villa was tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and everything was taken care of with great attention to detail.
What really made our stay special was the warm hospitality – we immediately felt welcome and at home. The personal touches and great conversations made it feel like much more than just a holiday stay.
We would love to come back, maybe even in the winter to help with the olive harvest! Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the calm, nature, and genuine Greek hospitality.

Great!!!

The location is unique. The view from the villas to the Messiniakos Gulf is great.
The surrounding area is compatible with nature.
The service is friendly, discreet, and professional.
The villa rooms and the veranda are nice.
The road from the village of Charakopio to the "Iconpainter Villas," especially the last 1.8 kilometers, is not easy enough to drive.

Lovely place in the Peloponnese

A lovely place to relax, there are 4 cottages with all very nice sea views and a nice terrace at the cottage to sit. The communal pool is also very nicely situated and because it is a small complex, there is always plenty of space by the pool.
Ian and Staci are always ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible, thanks for the figs and the fig jam!
Nearby are beautiful quiet beaches, in 18 minutes you can walk through a good and quiet road between the olive trees to the Petalidi beach, which we have done every morning. It is also easily accessible by car, as are the beaches on both sides of the beach tent Tsiziki. Towards Methoni are also beautiful beaches.

The Icon Painter 10/10 !

Couple, Ian and Staci are now running The Icon Painter, and although new to the location and villas, they are already doing a great job, looking and sounding like they will inject new enthusiasm in to this very attractive facility. It remains a secluded location with a drive through the olive groves to get there. Sea views, private terraces and the shared pool will not disappoint!

A hidden gem off the beat!

A hidden gem off the beat!
If you are tired from the crowded resorts and want to enjoy real relaxation, you Should look for such resorts.
We had a great couples reunion and the near by beach and attractions are not yet spoiled.
Just tryto avoid coming there FOR THE FIRST TIME at night.
