Had a wonderful holiday

Been to this hotel with my husband and 2 daughters aged 18 and 19. Had a very pleasant stay. We had double superior rooms. Basic, but fine! And lovely beds! And the cleaning was fantastic. The pool was lovely and the pool bar top notch. Very friendly staff ( Maria a huge treasure!) Good food for a good price. The staff behind the reception was very helpful. Breakfast was great but a bit busy. And until 10:00, we thought that was a little early. The location is next to the strip, which the girls loved. But in the hotel no trouble at all. Tips; water park Faliraki and old town Rhodes! And catch a taxi from the hotel. Not expensive and you'll be right there. I'd like to go back tomorrow.

Relax in Faliraki

Orion Hotel is in a great area to explore Faliraki. It’s close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel staff are lovely and friendly. Rooms are great and very clean. Lovely breakfast and the pool is lovely. The pool snack bar is great also. I would recommend.

Excellent experience Rhodes is very beautiful

Excellent hotel, no problem getting a sunbed in August. very clean, staff were amazing. Breakfast really good.
Slight problem with noise from other guests late at night. Otherwise ok
We hired a car and went sight seeing for 2 days best thing we did Rhodes is beautiful.

Very Disappointing Hotel – Not Worth the Money

Very disappointing stay
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel has been very disappointing. We are staying in the room shown in our reservation, but the room is in poor condition and does not meet our expectations at all. The overall quality of the hotel is far below what we expected, and the staff are not very friendly or helpful.
We are genuinely unhappy with our stay and feel that the hotel does not provide good value for money. We would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

Not great

We stayed at this hotel from the 31/07/2026 to the 07/08/2026 and it’s wasn’t the best stay, the front of house night reception was bad and doesn't want to help at all.
He’s rude and simply doesn’t care, to the point he didn’t show us to our room after asking multiple times.
When we got our rooms they weren’t together on a family booking and the room they gave us were in block 3 that about 10 mins from the pool side. Seems if your are English spoken you get sent here.
Soon room have been done up but more are out dated and old . The aircon is not great either , you get a kettle and that it.
The pool is clean and the bar and food is great and the waitress is amazing, but you’ll be kicked out by 6 by the grumpy lifeguards .
There are better places to stay and I’d recommend it, if your after a started holiday to rest and do very little it’s ideal.
