Brilliant hotel, exceeded expectations.
Genuine little gem, 10 minutes walk from faliraki centre.
Snapped this bargain holiday up in May half term. Plenty of sun beds for everyone. Great little food bar and the bar itself, both reasonably priced.
The staff, second to none. Nothing was a bother. They will do anything to make sure your stay is a great one. Late check out €25, you have the room until 6, definitely worth it.
Rooms are pretty decent sized, I mean, for what I paid, I was not expecting top notch). But it exceeded my expectations. It was clean and spacious. Equipped with fridge, kettle, hair dryer, TV and air con (which was free to use) I have no complaints.
Tui have this as a 2*, and honestly I think it's harsh. It's a little gem, tucked away with fantastic staff and a nice atmosphere. Pool is great, the rooms are clean and the staff are fantastic.

Good value
We booked a late trip to Sevastos at the beginning of May, it had only opened a few days earlier for the season. Rooms are modern but basic, clothes storage consists of a rail in the corner, and a one drawer bedside table. We used packing cubes and used the long console table in front of the mirror. Lighting is good with individuals bedside lamps and USB ports and plugs on either side. The sink is in the room which is unusual but fine and the shower is good. The room has a fridge and a kettle with two cups and teaspoons provided. No other utensils or facilities. Rooms cleaned daily and pool and bar area nice and clean. 10-15 mins walk to sea and main bar/ restaurant area. There is a catering unit on site which serves breakfast and snacks all day, all staff were friendly and welcoming. All good for a great price.

Kicked out prematurely
Had a really nice holiday as I wasn’t spending my time in the hotel as often. Don’t get me wrong it was pretty on point for a 3 star hotel however the reason I’m giving 1 star is I paid 20 euros for a late check out on the last day until 4pm and at 3:30 I had a knock on the door. The cleaning lady basically let herself in when I had just come out the shower and was packing my last few bits. After 20 minutes of her throwing my things in my case and cleaning around me I had to ask her to please just give me 5 more minutes to get my things together. I had to lock the door and put my case against it while I made sure I had everything.
I had a really nice holiday though but it was a shame it had to end like that.
