Fuorviante

The name of the structure is decidedly misleading, as it is a poorly furnished room with no reference to the concept of luxury.
Check in/out not prevented: at reception, if you are lucky to find someone, you can meet a lady who does not know English and with whom it is very difficult to communicate.
Nobody's going to ask for your papers.
The property has no parking, breakfast is offered in a bar nearby.
Welcome gift upon arrival, preannounced in the booking. not even received.
There is nothing that refers to the concept of a suite, let alone luxury, first of all the photocell tap that is very difficult to deal with.
Good location and nothing else.

Great disappointment!!

Very disappointing!! You mock the world and then you want to have a job!! We paid for the suite Anastasia 235€ for one night and only suite was not the room. The bathroom had a jacuzzi that didn't work and we didn't have any information about this except when we entered the room the bathroom appliances have a problem and one lamp was burned and we saw all these signs that prohibit you from doing things like not to damage the air conditioning, not to dirty the towels with makeup or you will be charged? wtf! View zero!! Very busy because it's next to night shops. The airway in the bathroom smelled very bad. In the room he said that there was a variety of coffee and beverages, wine, tablets and automatic taps in the bathroom that were nowhere. The day we were going to leave in the morning the power was cut and there was no generator in the building, we could not even wash because the water had no pressure to run and no one informed us. For breakfast you are sent to a coffee bar just below the Greco which is miserable. They brought us scrabble eggs with eggs in. Zero cleanliness and zero quality the store. In short the room we paid for what it provides is worth up to 100€, more for no reason!!! I'm sorry. We won't definitely come back.

Bad review

First of all , I am not the type of person who spend time to write a bad review , but I will make an exception for this place . I had booked as a present to my family the Danai room. They suggest me to book it via their page and not from booking . I used my card for the payment. When my family arrived , they told them that the room was unpaid and that they have to make the payment.
In this point I would like to tell you that the payment was completed. They had my card number more than one month .
When I call the agency to explain the situation, I told them that they should had call me about the payment , and not to interrupt the guests .
When I first mention the issue, a woman told me that she will investigate it and she will call me back . She never did. I called again, I spoke with a man , he introduced himself as Michalis . He refused to give me his last name . He replied to me that he doesn’t care and I am free to complain everywhere . He hung up the phone .

Average NOT Luxury

The accommodation does not have parking. The main carpark is about 30 steps climb and a couple of mins walk away. Parking is free, but it can be difficult to find a space. When we arrived at the accommodation, it was down an alleyway between an ice cream shop and a tavern. There was no one to greet us we arrived about 3pm, ringing the bell was pointless as we located the receptionist working in the ice cream shop. We got into our room, and we had paid extra for a jetted bath tub. This has been broken for more than 12 months, but this property is still advertising it on Expedia and booking.com at an enhanced rate. There is a deceptive notice in the room stating it broke yesterday, which is clearly just a lie. I was told by the receptionist that it clearly states the issue on the hotel website. We were not given any money back they just did not care. Breakfast is either Greek or continental, and you get this at Grecos tavern, which opens at 9 am. The breakfast was fine, with no issues. The room was big, the location was excellent staff were ok but the place is starting to look tired rather than luxurious. Would not stay in this accomodation again.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Avoid at all cost, This is laughable to call them luxury suites !!!! They are far from luxury. They bang on about the bed linen how you have to use there special make up wipes to remove makeup as to not get it on the bed linen. You can actually buy Guy Laroche bed linen on Amazon
Dirty bath , jacuzzi not working !
Bathroom door handle broken, shower seal coming off. Stained floor around toilet, no choice of coffee pods , no milk or sugar, weird breakfast situation where you’re escorted to a corner bar and left there nothing explained. ‍♀️
There are much nicer places for less money in Fiskardo or surrounding places. Read reviews before staying. As the write up sounds lovely. But leads you into a false pretence. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
