Great choice for stay
I think it is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in Giannina.
The apartment we stayed with my family, was huge and very comfortable. Very clean. It provides food for breakfast. Pretty delicious. It would definitely be perfect if it had a breakfast room. From our balcony we saw the lake. The best thing was that you sat on the balcony in the morning, drank your coffee and stared at the magnificent view of the lake. We will choose it again on our next visit to Ioannina.

Management must resolve the issue of telephone communication. We couldn't get anyone on the phone to make a reservation and booked another hotel for 7/31 and 8/1. It is a very good hotel. This is where we usually spent the night.

Excellent service, pastry and looks
We had the maisonette room. It was clean and comfortable. The pastry was very good. The service was excellent. The pictures do not lie, the building is very nice. The neighborhood is safe, pleasant and with at least one very good restaurant (we haven't tried others).
The downsides:
1. some of the room are not accessible for walking impaired people (around 30 stairs).
2. Perama is not in a walking distance from downtown Ioannina.

Excellent in every way!
Haones suites is a trully gem in Ioannina ! Near the centre , next to Perama cave ! The service very good the size of the room very big and very clean! Breakfast excellent! Everything handmade , the pies, the jam the cakes!!!Katerina and Anastasia really helpful and smiley! Everything was really perfect and also value for money! You get more than you pay! We ll sure go back!!! Thank you very much!!! ( dont forget to buy handmade baklava from the store opposite to the hotel!!)

Amazing hotel and room
We stay 3 nights at maisonette with 2 kids. The hotel and the room were magnificent . Design and size are amazing. Some kitchenware are missing and the refrigirator is quite small with no freezer.
The service and hospitality were impressive; every single employee was extremely helpful and really went above and beyond into making us feel welcome and ready to answer any questions and request we had.
