Disappointment instead of 4 stars – poor service and food
The quality of the hotel absolutely does not match its 4-star status; at best, it is a 2 or 3-star hotel. The disappointment began right upon arrival: the bus driver simply left us on the road, pointed in a general direction, and we had to drag our heavy suitcases uphill and up the stairs ourselves, completely unsure of where exactly to go. No help or hospitality whatsoever.
The condition of the room was also disappointing: the shower head wouldn't stay in place, the water barely sprayed out of the tap in all directions, and we had to flush the toilet 4–5 times for it to work properly. The only bright side was the wonderful housekeeping staff, who cleaned everything thoroughly and beautifully every day, as well as the beautiful view of the sea and the mountains.
The food was very monotonous and often heavily oversalted – simply meant to keep you from staying hungry. There was no variety, and for dessert, only watermelons, melons, and mushy jelly. The drinks ("all-inclusive") were weak local brands, mixed only with local sodas, with no cocktails available – the juices were so sweet and sour that they were impossible to swallow. The biggest absurdity occurred during the grill bar dinner, for which we had received an invitation. The girl working there could not keep up by herself, we waited half an hour for the food, and they forgot to bring the salad altogether – we had to ask for it. The served "grill" food was tragic: the smoked sausage was somewhat edible, but the shashlik and the steak were completely dried out, too salty, and impossible to eat. It was the exact same food from the main buffet, just brought over by a waitress. The hotel grounds look quite nice, but are rather small. The bartenders at the pool and the evening bar were very pleasant and friendly.

In summary, it's worth looking for another hotel, and if you decide to stay, consider whether it's really worth spending
The first is the beautiful view of the sea from the terrace.
The second, and unfortunately, the last, is one of the employees, the bartender, who was very kind and always smiling.
Unfortunately, there are definitely more negatives, and here they are:
The bathroom wasn't very well cleaned, and this happened not only to us, but to other travelers. I rate the housekeeping very poor.
The food—I could go on and on, but in short, it was monotonous. Breakfast was the same throughout the trip, as were lunch and dinner. I'm disappointed in the hotel's tendency to take the path of least resistance. The alcohol served at the bar was also a disappointment. If you're not a huge drinker, I'd recommend the breakfast and dinner combo, because the all-in-one-luvs-of-the-room experience at this hotel is a complete joke.
I don't know how the hotel got a 4-star rating, but in my opinion, it doesn't even deserve a 2-star rating. This is my opinion, but many people agree. At the same time, my friends had a 3-star hotel of a better standard at a much lower price.
The overall room decor was like something from the 1980s or 1990s.
The hotel lacked any amenities, and if there were any, they were paid extra, which was quite poor, especially considering the price.
The internet, oh my god. Nowadays, you have to pay extra for internet access in your room. I think a 4-star hotel could avoid such practices, even though it's an additional source of income for the owner.

Medium especially in the kitchen
This is not a suitable hotel for this type of population.
The view is beautiful, beautiful pool, beautiful room, very clean, towels changed regularly, beautiful balcony ,by very nice tree.
Beautiful restaurant room but limited capacity.
Traditional and continental cuisine, lots of industrial products, little local production, ready-made juices, soluble coffee.
The all inclusive formula includes drinks but very classic, with little organoleptic quality, no daily cocktail, medium wine just like beer.
Shuttle with limited travel, unkind manager, the staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming.
