Sadly, not as expected
Our flight cancellation meant we needed quick accommodations that were close to the airport. The pictures online (Booking.com) were beautiful and we looked forward to some time to relax and regroup after a crazy day. We took a taxi from the airport (€20) but when we arrived we were met with a door with a security code that we could not locate in any of the confirmation info. We sat outside the gate for about half an hour, on a national road with cars whizzing by until we managed to get a hold of someone who was able to contact the host to let us in since neither of the phone numbers on the website worked.
It is obvious that this accommodation is not quite ready for guests for the season. All of the outdoor furnishings are piled and covered with tarps, there was no furniture to sit outside, and the pool and hot tub were not ready for use (it was too cold, anyway!).
Sophia was fantastic and came down to let us into the suite, which was the Blue Suite. It would be a great spot on the grounds when the outdoor space is ready. We paid any extra €30 for a late check out the best day. There are no stores or restaurants within walking distance so Sophia offered to facilitate ordering food for delivery, but we used the Wolt app and ordered on our own. She also booked a taxi for us for the next day to go back to the airport.
The suite is basic and quite nice but they did not appear to be ready to have guests. Several things were missing that would have been useful: dish towels, paper towel, tissues, forks, a bath mat, and a microwave. The kitchen would be excellent for a longer stay if there were more items available for use.
Because it is close to the airport and the busy road, it is a little bit loud, but we were tired enough that it didn’t really affect us.
Communication was sketchy. Sophie told us to contact her via WhatsApp but she did not ever respond, even when the message was sent on English and in Greek. This made it stressful.
I hope that these difficulties were because it was too early in the season but it didn’t feel like the booking.com listing was very accurate.

Parking was fantastic, not secured or anything but it was reserved right outside the hotel super easy.
Sleep: bed was nice, but only two pillows for two people. Sorry, I need another. I saw no one on the property.
Hot tub: I paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi tub outside to relax with my wife. The tub has no heat. When I called (happy that they picked up) they said that it is whatever the environment’s temperature is. We were there in 68 degree weather…
Pro: place is very nice with the pool and lounge chairs. Bathroom was very nice.
Con: the cats were very aggressive and wouldn’t leave us alone.
