Meraviglioso!

Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno di una settimana all'Hotel Anna - il nostro quarto soggiorno - e ancora una volta è stato perfetto. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, siamo stati accolti come vecchi amici, ed è proprio per questo che continuiamo a tornare.
La nostra camera era impeccabile, il letto era super comodo e trovarsi al piano terra con vista sulla piscina lo ha reso ancora migliore.
Un grande ringraziamento a Franco ed Eldris al bar della piscina, che si prendono cura di tutti così bene. E Adrian - sei davvero uno dei ragazzi più gentili con il cuore più grande.
Abbiamo anche cenato all'Anna Island in un paio di serate e lo raccomandiamo vivamente. La scelta è fantastica, la qualità del cibo è su un altro livello e se vai una domenica sera hai anche il vantaggio di una musica dal vivo straordinaria!
Ma il più grande grazie va ad Anna, Petros e Kostas. Siete davvero una delle famiglie più adorabili che abbiamo mai incontrato e fate sentire l'hotel come a casa.
Grazie ancora per un'altra vacanza straordinaria. Non vediamo l'ora di rivedervi tutti ad agosto.

Settimana lontana, bella e tranquilla!

Settimana assolutamente incantevole all'hotel Anna con alcune visite alla piscina/bar sull'isola di Anna. La piscina era gelida, ma non mi ha fermato dal fare un tuffo di tanto in tanto.
Il personale è cordiale, le camere sono ampie con balconi di buone dimensioni. Ero nel primo blocco sopra la reception, quindi molto vicino al ristorante. Era solo l'inizio della stagione, quindi era molto tranquillo, il che mi andava bene essendo da solo.
La colazione era buona, con una bella selezione di frutta, pane e cibo caldo. Le macchine per il succo non erano eccezionali, però.
Ero in mezza pensione, quindi anche le cene erano buone, con molte insalate tra cui scegliere e pesce/carne diversi ogni sera. C'erano sempre patatine e qualcosa di facile da mangiare se sei un mangiatore schizzinoso.
L'hotel è uno dei più lontani dal trasferimento, quindi in entrambe le direzioni ci sono voluti circa 2 ore. Se prendi un taxi o un trasferimento privato, dovrebbe prendere solo un'ora dall'aeroporto.
Sono andato in autobus da Pefkohori ad Athitos, solo 3 €. 80 andata e ritorno, puoi pagare in contante sull'autobus o usare il loro sito web, che era utile per gli orari degli autobus poiché non ce ne sono molti.
Bella spiaggia a circa 5 - 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel con molti ristoranti/bar incantevoli.

Not the best

On holiday here at the moment, this is our 3rd day, we have not managed to get a bed by the pool by 9:00am as they are all taken by selfish people's towels, reserving their bed, more than likely going off for breakfast
Food is not the best, we don't usually do half board or all inclusive as we like to eat traditional food wherever we go on holiday. The buffet reminds me very much like Butlins when I was a kid! But we chose half board due to having my elderly mother in law with us, the food isn't awful, but it's not great!
Our room is extremely small for the three of us, my mother in law's room is right by the toilets at the pool bar, and them smell was pretty bad, her shower she couldn't get in as the doors didn't open more than 10 inches! Today she is being moved to a different room, hopefully to a better room where she can shower.
Never again are we going to travel with Jet2, as it's them that obviously reserve the rooms for their customers, not the hotel.
I cannot fault the staff, they are amazing. Friendly, helpful. We will come back to Halkidiki, as we love Greece, but will book our own villa, or apartment like we always do, and hire a car so we can go where we like.

Fantastic from start to finish

Absolutely brilliant holiday, hotel is immaculate, all the staff are so nice always smiling, the rooms are made up daily, the food is lovely, the adult only pool was amazing pool games, I don’t think I’ll ever stop smiling about the foam party Christina, Eldy and the rest of the bar staff are worth their weight in gold we never stopped smiling, but if I never see another ouzo it will be too soon

The hotel that has it all!

This was our second stay at the wonderful hotel Anna, and we have booked for next year too!
The super friendly staff all add to your experience, Franco, Adrian, Kosta, Anna, Petros, everyone is super friendly and all the gardeners, catering staff and cleaners all smile as they work away keeping us all well looked after in immaculate surroundings.
The entertainment is fab, you can relax (I like to read by the pool and it’s perfect) or play daft games at the adult pool, hubby and grown up kids loved this. The entertainment at night is such a laugh, 80s bingo/karaoke etc (ps bring back king of the hotel for 2027). If you are looking for somewhere for all ages this is the place to go, visit the old town and Hanioti is great too €7 euros in a taxi, crazy land is fab fun too (beach soft play for older kids or adults) again €7 euros in a taxi and €10 to use. Thanks to all for helping us make wonderful memories! Ooozzooo
