Very nice hotel for families
The hotel was in a nice location. Not too far from the beach, and you had a mini market next to the hotel, which was nice too. The surrounding area seemed quiet and relaxing no loud noises. There are car rental companies in the vicinity and i recommended driving through the island and visiting some of the stunning beaches like the Marble beach. Hotel itself looked really nice and clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The only thing I did not enjoy as much was the dining room, which was located under the glass dome, so it was pretty hot inside. Also, the food was very repetitive and the selection was not that big. So if you're a picky eater, it may be an annoyance for some. The staff was very nice and the AC worked perfectly thankfully.

Hotel for Family
Very clean hotel, in excellent location and with rich breakfast. The staff was very helpful, kind and always willing to help. Our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely choose it again.

Immaculate
Incredible room!!!! Mrs. Rallou is polite!!!! Clean rooms!!!! The cleanliness ladies were sweet and we had the room in perfect condition!!!! The breakfast was great!!!! I highly recommend it!!!! Thank you very much!!!!

Catastrophe, food inedible, saving on every corner
Cold and inedible food that does not even begin to correspond to the booked 4 star hotel.
The assortment of food provided mainly includes finished products that are only heated and then placed in this way. Some food is provided again after two days, such as minced meat pieces where we don't know what it was, rolled minced meat, felt cut into pieces with cheese.
Also some vegetable rolls that just didn't taste like anything.
These two foods were hardly eaten by the guests and after two days the remaining ones were offered to the guests again.
Partly old cooked meat (which was already in circulation) was mixed with fresh ones.
The fish already spoiled and has tasted like it.
From that point on, it was clear to us that hygienic requirements of the legislator were not met and that food poisoning was a risk.
The salad buffet was a testament to poverty, where the hotelier's greed became visible.
Even they were partly corrupted.
Out of desperation and concern for our health we were forced to visit various taverns/restaurants, we have not experienced such bad , insufficient food on our 30 years of traveling Greece.
The food is an insult to Greece and not nearly 4 stars worth.
The problem has been here for years, we ignored by the owner, as long as people are only here for a short time, no one does the work and are weighed down.
For the owner, the grocery store is next door to , an additional merit , which also belongs to him and the guests go shopping there out of necessity as well.
Lack of hygiene, was also problem, the fully automatic coffee machine and the juice dispenser are dirty, literally stick. Between the vending machines, the dirt lay untouched for 14 days.
At breakfast the jam / honey etc. are taken from large containers (1liter) , unfortunately the spoons are often much too short , so people have to put their fingers in the glass to get to the spoon.
Day after day , same container, it is changed only when empty.
Very suspicious, or rather disgusting.
It's not cheese to put on the bun, it's not fresh fruit, it's all ready-made products that are provided in the morning and in the evening. Same sounds for morning and evening. Cold cuts meat always two identical varieties over the period, here too we were forced to buy cold cuts (meat/cheese) in the store.
Defective tiles in the pool area, no cleaning of the pool.
Reception Not manned at night and in the morning, entrance only possible by card.
95% of the guests are Romanians, Bulgarians and Poles who travel only for a short stay and do not even feel like dealing with the problem. In the hotel we were the only Germans within the 14 days.
The problem with the catering has already been described several times in the reviews on the Internet, unfortunately without success.
Staff overwhelmed, everywhere missing something , putting together dishes from different hotels, cutlery from the 70 years and in different designs. Overall, with little effort, they try to make a lot of profit!

Nice vacation
The hotel is modern, very clean and perfectly located, there’s even a supermarket just around the corner. The staff were nice, especially Maria at reception, who was so kind and helpful. Big thanks also to the lovely housekeeping ladies Neli and Geri for keeping everything spotless and always greeting us with a smile. The only downside was the all- inclusive program, with little food variety, hardly any fruit or snack during a day, limited soft drinks, no available ice cream (only in the supermarket). Sometimes we had dinner at nearby restaurants. I recommend booking this hotel with breakfast only.
