A centrally located hotel.

The location is central, the breakfast is very good, and they were helpful with check-in, thank you again. We didn't need parking this time, but apparently there aren't many places available, which is a general problem in Kavala, but there are paid parking lots right opposite the hotel and nearby. The only negative thing about the room was the excessive noise from the refrigerator. I stayed in room 311; I would have unplugged it if I could have, but there was no plug in sight.

Disappointing Stay Despite the Good Location

I stayed at Esperia Hotel during my trip to Kavala, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations.
The hotel's location is convenient and within walking distance of the city center, which is probably its biggest advantage. However, the room itself was very disappointing.
The room was extremely small, making it uncomfortable even for two people. The bed was also too small and not very comfortable. The furniture and overall room design felt old and outdated, and the bathroom was very narrow. One of the biggest inconveniences was the lack of a proper shower cabin, which caused water to spread throughout the bathroom after every shower.
The air conditioning was another major issue. It struggled to cool the room properly, especially during the summer heat, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the rooms need significant renovation and modernization. Unless room comfort is not important to you, I would recommend looking at other hotels in Kavala.

This hotel gives the impression of a place that used to be quite nice, but with a current management that does not seem to care very much. The rooms are a little beat-up, cleanliness is ok but in places superficial, rooms a little on the small side. Breakfast was above average. Would stay here again if all other places were booked, it would not be a first choice.

Location was good. Perfect. But rest of everything was not good. I had to go reception for 3 times for not working key. There was bugs in bathroom. We asked double bed. But they merged 2 single beds. 2 different blankets etc. And there was no parking area. There is one across the street public one. Cost 9 € /day. Saturdays closed.
