Great stay, with a lovely host. Delicious breakfast. Great location for exploration of surrounding area, with several stone bridges just down the road.

EXCELLENT

We stayed for two nights in the village of Kips. The hotel has a stunning view and is opposite the supermarket and the Michalis tavern. Above the Michalis tavern there is a mini playground.
More specifically, Mr. Spyros was perfect with his service. The hotel provides everything, such as modern rooms, bathrooms with hydromassage and shower, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, pistolet, a small living room, fireplace and 2 TVs. The hidden lighting in the bathroom and in the bedroom was fantastic as it gave a feeling of relaxation. The bed was king size and so the little one slept with us. We were also provided with disposable slippers.
The breakfast was delicious, consisting of a variety of pies, toasts, salty-sweet crepes, currys, yogurt, eggs, jam etc. We were very pleased with the options available to us! We had our breakfast both inside and outside the hotel.
A hotel that married the modern element with that of the traditional Zagorochoria.

Wonderful Stay at Kipi Suites – Excellent Service and Great Location

We stayed at Kipi Suites in October for two nights. We really appreciated the service provided by Spiros, the hotel manager, who was very kind, attentive, and always willing to help with any request.
The hotel is located in Kipi – a great and central location for visiting the attractions in the Tzoumerka region. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. Breakfast was also very good.
In short – highly recommended!

Great boticq hotel

The crew was so nice and helpful. It is a small hotel and we got a very nice and big room with fireplace and grate view. It was off silent so we where almost alone. Breakfast was great so rich and delicious and they just wanted to satisfy us.a great experience

Disappointing Stay at Kipi Suites – Misleading Information

Dear Aria Hotels,
I recently stayed at Kipi Suites Hotel and was extremely disappointed by the experience, primarily due to misleading descriptions on your website, Booking.com, and Hotels.com. The advertised amenities did not match reality, and I feel I was misled into booking a stay that I would have otherwise avoided.
Key Issues:
Nonexistent Bar & Restaurant: Your listing states that a bar and restaurant are available on-site. However, the only option was the in-room mini bar, forcing us to drive to the village daily for meals - a significant inconvenience.
Subpar Housekeeping: The daily housekeeping service did not make the bed, straighten lounge cushions, or clean thoroughly. The bathroom sink was dirty upon arrival, and I even found a used makeup brush from a previous guest (see attached image of my bed after cleaning).
False Claims About Amenities: Your listing mentions a library, whiskey bar, and wine area, none of which existed during my stay.
Lack of Basic Amenities: There were no essentials such as a universal adapter, which is a basic expectation for international guests.
Misrepresentation of Dining Options: You claim that “a rich breakfast and light meals are served in the guesthouse’s restaurant,” yet only breakfast was available. There were no light meal options as advertised.
Had I known we would be confined to our rooms with no on-site amenities, I would have never chosen this location for my stay. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I believe it was unfair to be misled in this way.
