Very beautiful vacation.

We spent a very good week at your hotel!
On an all-inclusive plan for 7 days, we appreciated the site itself; the 4 restaurants serve quality cuisine with a decent variety!
We stayed from July 13 to July 21, 2026, with a constant temperature of 30 degrees; the multiple pools were very pleasant to use with water at 25 degrees for practically the entire stay!
The spa area with jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, and hydrotherapy shower is freely accessible!
And the staff is very welcoming, whether at the bars, the restaurant, or room service!
Very high-performance Wi-Fi, even at the beach, which is far from the main building!
In short, we recommend this hotel!

Another Wonderful Stay at Avra Imperial – Exceptional Service & Lovely Vibe

The service was even better than last year. We really appreciated the warm, friendly and helpful staff.
At Xateri, the entire team — from the chefs to the waiters — was simply fantastic. The food was excellent, and the service made the experience even better.
We were also very grateful for the lovely surprise we received as returning guests. It was a wonderful gesture and lifted our already good mood even higher. Thank you!
One thing worth mentioning for future guests: the sunbeds on the private-pool terraces do not receive direct sunlight(at least in august). So if you are booking a private pool specifically because you expect to sunbathe and get a tan on your own terrace, be aware that this may not be the case. The terrace itself is very nice and private, but there is essentially no direct sun on the sunbeds.
Overall, another very enjoyable stay (2 beutiful weeks) at Avra Imperial, with service that has improved even further compared with last year.

Love it though the beach isn’t perfect.

Very nice hotel, contemporary architecture. Friendly staff, very big swimming pool, must be like 35 meters long or more. Big rooms, bright, we got one of the best, 16310 with no neighbours left, right or above and view on swimming pool and sea. Mediterranean, Asian and Italian restaurants offering tasty fresh dishes, main restaurant offers a lot of choice. Entertainments in evenings but nothing extravagant, therefore the hotel is quiet in the evening and perfect for relaxing.
Less positive: Beach part is rather small and should be better maintained, sun-beds at the pool aren’t very comfortable.
To summarise: we recommend.

Great service from Shubham at the Blue Dong restaurant

Excellent service at the Blue Dong restaurant from Shubham. He was very attentive during our time at the restaurant he had excellent customer service and we enjoyed the service and food 10/10. Thank you Shubham

We will visit you again

Great 5 star hotel. Rooms got cleaned everyday and the guy who cleaned our room really deserve extra credit. He did a PERFECT job. Food was great and it is really a nice resort. We will definitely come back again. Thumbs up for this hotel.
