We were unexpectedly delayed in reaching hotel 2/2 traffic and stopping for dinner but finally reached hotel near midnight. Evening staff seemed perturbed about late arrival and repeatedly commented that a message would have been nice to let him know...I kind of got that after my initial apology and explained lack of cell service. Location awesome and on beach. Waitstaff and breakfast/lunch/drink menu at poolside/beach were big strongpoint. Did provide complimentary beach towels although they were rather ratty. You really have to pay attention to wind direction and location so you don't get caught in smoke screen from chain smokers. Very clean.

2nd visit

This is our second visit here. The pool is really nice as its the location next to the beach. The room we had was recently refurbished and all new which was very nice. I think a microwave may have been a useful addition as there is only one ring to cook on. Also there needs to be a frying pan. I didn't intend to cook full meals but it was impossible to make a small breakfast or cook an egg. The maid service was good and frequent. The little cafe bar next to the pool served nice snacks and coffee. There are a couple of English channels on the TV if you want something on. We were in room 19 which didn't get much sun on the balcony. There is a good place to dry clothes with pegs. All in all a very nice week.

Beautiful discovery in the west of Crete!

A little corner of betting, mixing tranquility and family place!
The staff is lovely, the rooms very clean! Perfect stay there is nothing to say!!!!
Bonus: ask for a sea view room for a few € more it is worth it!

I keep returning to this hotel as location is great, bus service great and warm and friendly staff. The rooms are large and well equiped. You can walk straight onto rhe beach and transport to Chania or Kolmbari is excellent. You can walk along the beach for miles. Very relaxing location. Easy to get to the airport. What is not to like? Shout out to Yanis. Kind and generous. We shared Raki together.
