Fantastic hotel in great location with superb staff and facilities

The room was magnificant ,staff attentive and always available. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had and timings were great, no need to get up early and rush, full breakfast available until 11am. Our duplex room amply met our needs and on the last two we were offered a free upgrade to an even better room with terrace and larger shower rooms with separate toilets. overall a fabulous stay in an ideal location. We were also offered a free bottle of wine on day seven, taxi ordered for our drive to airport on the last day and unprompted supplied a takeaway breakfast.

really friendly welcome, yummy breakfast and the rooms were so big and beautiful. Very conveniently located also.

Hotel was great and room was a good size for a family of four. Breakfast was good. It was great value and a perfect location to explore Chania.
If arriving by car it isn’t well sign posted from the road and the entrance is down a very pretty alley.

Excellent experience

We had an excellent experience staying at the hotel.
First of all, the location is really close to anything we need.
Once we arrived, reception was very friendly helping us with the room and providing us useful information about anything we need.
The room was very well cleaned and comfortable.
Service at the restaurant was very well done, as everyone is polite and helpful.
We are glad staying at this hotel and we hope to visit you again soon.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and our suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed, and featured excellent lighting, great ambiance, and plenty of storage. Breakfast each morning was delicious, fresh, and offered a wonderful variety. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We loved the thoughtful extra touches, like the complimentary mini-bar stocked with juice and sparkling water, and the afternoon brownies. The location is perfect—convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely be back!
