To be redone

We had a great time very close to the beach where I left a piece of heart ❤️
The food is great (maybe a little expensive)
A hug to Antonella who solved a problem with the ATM and was always kind and helpful,
Clean pool and perfect water temperature.
What about we will definitely return.

Disappointing Experience Overshadowed by Bullying Incident

I want to give four stars for the cleaning and service, especially for the restaurant staff. However, I unfortunately had to deduct two stars— the least I could do—because I experienced bullying during dinner at the hotel restaurant by a guest seated at the table next to mine. All the customers were from Germany or Northern European countries.
I was travelling solo and chatting on WhatsApp with my mother while waiting for dinner. I couldn’t whisper because my mother has a hearing impairment. While I was talking, I heard one of the guests mocking my Italian accent. At the end of the conversation, I heard clapping and laughter directed at me. One of them even turned and laughed at my face.
I felt humiliated, and after dinner, I went straight to the bar and asked for a chamomile tea while explaining what had happened. One waitress acknowledged that they had been rude, but no action was taken.
This incident was an act of bullying towards a hotel guest and should have been addressed. Hotels have a strong responsibility to tackle acts of bullying between guests on their premises. This duty stems from their legal obligation to provide a safe environment for all patrons and is in their business interest to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel could potentially be held legally liable for negligence. In Greece, there is a National Law (4808/2021) that establishes zero tolerance towards any form of violence and harassment.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed let’s start with the plus a beautiful lush garden, an infinity pool with sea views but we don’t sleep there! The room was small the hard mattress. Pillows all flat and a horrible hot material. The shower curtain is not long enough so we wet the floor. Breakfast is more than passable... we are on the end of our stay and we made a Road trip with no hotel so we have points of comparison. They offer beach towels on condition of paying them and yes it is not a deposit considering the price per night it is really petty. As for the proximity to the beach it is not really what is noted of course it is not far but we are still not nearby and you have to be sporty to go there on foot

Well-maintained but not service-oriented

We had stayed here in two hotel rooms in the last two weeks as four of us and experienced very changeable impressions together.
The location and maintenance of the plant should be emphasized positively: The architecture of the hotel, restaurant, pool, garden etc. seemed very airy and were always very tidy, despite the Mediterranean and partly wild surroundings. The rooms are simple and simple, but functional, the beds a bit too hard (only boards instead of slatted frame), the balcony big enough to stay there. The air conditioning we didn't have to bother anymore at this time of year, the cleaning staff was very tidy.
The hotel's cuisine is authentic and fair in price, there are also sufficiently small and fine Greek taverns as alternatives in the area.
The less lovable experiences include a lack of a welcoming or farewell culture, which is actually reasonable for the manageable size of the facility, but one misses this anyway, at least if one knows and appreciates the usual standard of the Greek welcoming culture. In addition, there is a very young service staff who appear to be trying, but who visibly lack leadership culture on the part of a professional force - clearly stated, you had to go and look for the service constantly and yourself.
Lastly, it should be mentioned that the WLAN actually only works in the area of the reception and this was not changed or could be changed even despite multiple complaints. Incidentally, there was no complaint management.
Too bad - an actually very nice facility could well achieve more.

Very relaxing place to stay

A lovely hotel/apartment complex, we had a studio it was a decent size and light and bright. Good air con. We didn’t self cater but there was enough equipment to put together a basic meal. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, as out and about but we should have. The prices were similar to everywhere else and you could get wine on vrac. Bottles of wine are now expensive in restaurants, so good they cater for all budgets. The staff are super friendly and most helpful. The swimming pool is WONDERFUL, we were here in September and there were always lots of empty sun beds in the sun or shade. The sunsets from our terrace were amazing. It is described as beach front, it isn’t exactly, you can drive to the beach in a few minutes, but I wouldn’t really want to walk in the heat of the day.
