In perfect agreement with our request: tranquility, rest, and not very far from the beaches

We stayed there for 5 days, the room was decent, the place is quiet, the breakfast is decent, and you can also enjoy the outdoor spaces to have it.
Note this famous shower curtain, which is not a plus in the room.
The staff is dedicated and professional.
The parking lot located in front of the establishment is convenient.
The hotel's location allows you to discover a good part of the island, not very far from Chania.
Worth remembering.

Lovely and Quite

Great experience as our first two star anywhere. Arrived midnight. No one around. However saw my name on an A4 on the door which explained it was very late and how to get to our room and that key was in the door. If you arrived hungry and with kids and luggage then good luck to you. We were hand luggage and ready to sleep. Room was small and fridge buzzing away with one big bottle water nice and cold. Shower tray tiny with curtain around it was probably 2.5 foot Squared so if your big water every where shower curtain fight. Fridge I unplugged and off to sleep. Nice two singles pushed together. Good mattress and quality bed linen. Good pillow. Room rustic it's clean and functional I wouldn't say more than that . Nice little balcony. Two seats and table with hanger for wet clothes. Tiny TV. No kettle no iron or anything else. Comp shower gel and soap yes. No safe. Don't care move on. Morning up for 8am ( rem if you get their at 12 and up for 7.30am then your actually up at 5: 30am. Towels for pool nice and thick it cost 3 euros each towel per stay . It's not a deposit. It's a cost. Breakfast continental. No beans or sausages or fried egg. Orange juice,coffee,tea cereals lovely. We're happy. Then off to find local shop is about 10mins walk. No proper pavement dodge the small traffic... get some basis for the fridge and room so later you can pick at what you bought. Their is a pool bar and it's lovely but pricey.Its good for now and again but soon adds up. This is if your staying and chilling. Going out then outside round corner is bus waiting area is just a barcode on a post to scan and tells you if it's coming. Weekend less services week days on the hour every hour. 5 Euros two people one way. Into town and on the coast. Bus stops in town you have to walk to get around so you will need to take your back packs if going to walk to any beaches. Big thanks to the receptionist lady who sorted us out a taxi at really short notice when our transfer failed to show up!. I think it might have been her husband she called him to help her out last minute favour. He was lovely. Great ride and vehicle with Aircon. He gave us water ice cold waters to cheer us up. Really lovely guy!. We will be back and your our guy! for next time. Evening entertainment is zero so after 8pm it's done. Hardly any music by the pool so yeah phones or Bluetooth speaker. Only person around is the old boys who keep an eye on things. No pool attendant or table service anything like that. This suited us. Go out by bus to town if you want night time fun and taxi back for sleep. Pool area lovely.Lots of very very old olive trees. Great pool. Big enough and deep. Some times it could be just you at the pool which we love. To sum up. Don't come here if your not a walker and looking for excitement. This is more of a base to recharge. Hire car explorers etc and escape. Yes people randomly walk in to use the pool but nothing strange. Just normal locals and people with small kids. We're going back as soon as we can. Thanks for a lovely time.

Coffee please

Lovely old place lovely staff very clean but downside we love a balcony ourbalcony is the entrance e very dark no view little square we like an early coffee but no kettle we asked were refused as they like you to buy it at the pool 4 euros a tiny cup unacceptable for the price it was far away from anywhere for people of our age found ourselves bit limited unless we got taxis
Pleasant enough but the refusal of a kettle was not right in this day and age

The morning juice that we will not forget

The Hotel Oasis was one of the most beautiful surprises of our vacation in Crete. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great kindness and professionalism by a staff that was always present, available, and attentive to details.
The facility is very well-kept, immersed in a relaxing environment that allows one to completely disconnect from daily routine. After the days spent discovering Chania and the wonderful beaches of the island, returning to the hotel was always a pleasure.
A strong point is undoubtedly the breakfast. Every morning we found a wide selection of fresh and tasty products, but what we will remember most fondly is the extraordinary friendliness of the lady who prepared our fresh orange juice. A simple gesture that, accompanied by her smile and care, made us feel like special guests rather than just ordinary customers.
The family atmosphere, the tranquility of the facility, and the genuine hospitality of the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. A place where one truly feels welcome and that we would recommend without hesitation to anyone wanting to visit Chania.
Thank you all for helping to make our vacation even more beautiful.

We stayed at this hotel from 1.07 to 13.07.2025.
It is a very nice family run hotel.
All the staff are very nice. And also the owners are very dear people.
Room and co. were fine.
Always happy again!
