Top Top Top Location perfect.

Perfect house in a magnificent place near the most beautiful resorts of West Crete Balos Falasarna Elanfonissi in addition to the various gorges of Central and South West Crete the most beautiful and wildest Crete. Top house and excellent communication. I highly recommend. We were in 8 people.

Stunning Traditional Villa - Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Patriko. The house was super clean, beautiful, with a great pool. The location is perfect. It is very close to Balos and Falassarna, two of the best beaches in Crete. The village of Kaliviani is very quiet and offers tasty food choices. The owners were really kind and helpful with everything. This villa is a great choice for relaxing holidays with family or friends.

Highly Recommended Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Patriko Villa in Crete! The house is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely sea view. It’s the perfect place to relax. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. A special thank you to Nadia & Kostas, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay!

A beautiful and relaxing getaway in Crete

We had an amazing stay in Kalliviani this October. The villa makes you feel at home from the very first moment. It’s a place where you can truly relax, unwind, and feel peaceful. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for slowing down and enjoying the surroundings.
It is also fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, which made us feel comfortable and carefree throughout our time there.
The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
Thank you to the hosts for creating such a beautiful place and for making our stay so special.

This place is excellent! We went there before the renovation and it was already top class, now it's even better.
