LITERALLY ACROSS THE ROAD FROM THE BEST BEACH IN NAXOS!!!!
We stayed in these apartments for a month. The rooms are traditional Greek style - simple but spacious with large balcony’s which are all overlooking the sea.
The rooms were cleaned every day, and the bed sheets and towels were changed every 2/3 days. A nice touch were the beach towels that were provided and changed every 2/3 days, and a beach parasol too!
The beds and pillows were really soft and comfortable, and a welcome pack was also waiting for us when we arrived.
Marianna the owner, spoke perfect English and was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble for her, and she gave us tips where to visit and the best car hire company to use. The car hire was EXCELLENT value by the way.
Marianna was available 24/7 if we ever needed to contact her in an emergency.
The apartment was set back from the road and therefore was very peaceful at night but still only a few minutes walk away from some great tavernas and the bus stop into Naxos town, which is a 30 min trip.
We would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments and are already planning a return next year!

Everything you want
This is our second time in Naxos but first time at Castello Azzurro. We have visited about 20 Greek islands over the years and both agree that this apartment is fantastic. Excellent location close to the beach, Paradiso taverna, supermarket and really close to other tavernas and restaurants. Marianna and the family are very friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome on arrival with a fruit bowl and other nice touches. The place is really clean, has comfortable beds (and great pillows) and the beds, towels, etc were kept immaculate throughout our stay. There was always a good supply of hot water in the powerful shower which isn’t always guaranteed. We can be very picky to be honest, but would recommend anyone staying here as, combined with the location, beach etc, made for an amazing holiday. Thank you!!

A week's holiday on Nazox
An absolutely brilliant place to stay, from the welcome and communications to services whist we enjoyed our week on Naxos. Just enough out of the way of the evening's bars and restaurants for quiet, yet near enough to wonder down to for food and drinks in a beautiful setting. Michalis and his dad visited every morning to empty the bins, clean and tidy and change the towels and bedding mid week. The apartments had everything you needed and we wanted for nothing.....very comfy beds and nice wooden chairs on the balcony, although they could benefit the use of an allen key as they were a little wobbly. Lovely well cared for plants in the gardens around the property and wonderful hosts.

BEST LOCATION
Located between Agia Anna and Plaka Beach so you are close to restaurants, beaches, bus stop, supermarkets but away from the hustle and bustle of Agia Anna's nightlife (can be heard in the distance but won't interfere with your sleep). Easy check-in. Kitchen and bathroom very basic but adequate.

Great location, family/couples vacation
Castello Azzuro is located between Agia Anna and Maragkas beach at Plaka area of Naxos island. You can walk towards both directions where you can swim in turqoise waters and enjoy the white sand or visit a restaurant/the choices are many. The owners are very kind and helpful and the rooms are traditional, very clean and spacious, with a nice balcony where you can see the sunset.Parking area is huge and the rooms include all amenities.Highly recommended!
