Beautifull
The hotel meets all the requirements you need for a perfect vacation. The host was very helpfull in every way possible, the hotel has a beautifull and chill garden and the biggest plus i will give it for the cleaning. There are a lot of nice beaches, places and villages to visit near the hotel, and Thassos is in deed a beautifull island.

Terrible experience
By far the worst place we have ever stayed! The room we were given had absolutely nothing to do with the photos online – instead of a proper triple room, we got a tiny space no bigger than 2x2 meters. It was impossible to stay there comfortably. The bathroom was just as bad – extremely small and impractical, making it a real struggle to use. The advertised amenities were simply not there – no TV, no proper facilities. Even the iron, which was listed in the room description, turned into a problem. We took it for a few minutes just to iron some clothes, and the host accused us of triggering some kind of “alarm.” This was a complete lie, since we had used the same iron the day before without any issue at all. Such behavior was insulting and dishonest. The host was rude, unhelpful, and instead of resolving problems, tried to shift the blame onto us. The whole experience felt like a scam – we paid for something we never received. No comfort, no professionalism, and no respect for the guests. For the price charged, one would expect at least decent conditions and basic courtesy – but here we got neither. I strongly advise anyone considering this place: avoid it at all costs if you want to save your vacation and your nerves!

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED
This place was a complete disappointment! First of all, the photos and description on Booking had nothing to do with the reality. The owner was extremely unfriendly and even made a problem because we used an iron for literally 2 minutes – even though we tried to contact her first, she never answered.
The price we paid was absolutely not worth it for the conditions we got. The so-called “triple room” was a joke – basically a small bedroom with a camp bed. What the hell? The room was tiny, about 2x2 meters, and nothing like the “apartment” described in the listing. There wasn’t even an iron in the room!
Honestly, it was a total disaster. I will never come back here again and I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a nice stay.
Hopefully no one else ever goes there!

poor customer service
after we paid via bank transfer for the reservation before we arrived at the location, by the mid of our staying period, the owner asked for the remaing amount to be paid in the same day. Cash only. As the local Atm was out of cash, i asked her to postpone for the next day or to allow me to pay by card. the owner started to threaten me with throwing out (i was with my wife and 2 kids), if i would not pay within 1 hour! she spoke to me very disrespectfully, but she slowed down a bit after i showed her a picture of the local atm message. however, i went immediatly to get cash from an Atm in Limenas and she made me wait at the hotel for her to come for aprox 45 min..

Great hotel, feels like home
Our stay in this hotel was planned for 3 nights, we have extended it for four nights. It the first day after the borders were opened, on June 15th.
As we were not sure if the borders will open, we didn’t not prepay our stay and the owner was fine with it.
The hotel is located near by one of the beaches and the port was about 5-7 minutes by walking. There are many restaurants and shops around. The area was quiet maybe because the lack of tourists.
Eleani is the name of the lady who hosted us. It is a family owned hotel where every single corner it taken care and touched with love. Her husband was always busy with some work around the hotel and kids were helping as well. The environment is like at summer house: very inviting, cosy and pleasant.
The room was clean, the shower did not have an extra smell and the towels were changed often. AC was working well. Internet had a good speed.
They offered us two towels which we could use for the beach. Great and warm hospitality and excellent service in any aspect.
We left with a feeling like we left our relatives. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would be back whenever it will be possible.
