Heaven on earth!

If there's a paradise I hope it's in Papigo! And if I ever stay at him I'd like a bed in Kalyopi
The bed is not very good, nor does the room have anything special, but the feeling in the atmosphere makes you come back! For the third time we are visiting the dream house with our children in the depth of 8 years... the family that created it was born to host... (although with sadness we learned that Grandma Kalliopi is no longer near us). The breakfast you will eat is yours to be prepared by your aunt who visits your village suddenly and does not have time to make you good! The eggs and the butter are fantastic!
May God bless us and be there often and have these people strong, the guardians of Greek provincial hospitality!

Greek hotel "KALLIOPI" review!

This hotel wasn't the worst hotel I've been to but it was a pretty poor hotel. Also there are two parts at this hotel the first part which was the "down" part that was the bad one but the "up" part was pretty good. I would recomend for a cheap and cozy hotel.

special place with warm and generous hospitality

The place with the garden and the views, the restaurant with tables in the garden is unique, even for Zagori that offers so many spectacular settings. The rooms are nice and comfortable as well. What is really memorable is the way it is run by mother and her sons and daughter, with so much care and enthusiasm, and generosity. Actually, we did have some problem with hot water availability upon arrival. Things happen, but the way they took responsibility to fix it and make sure everything is fine, was remarkable. We were about to eat outside when we noted the owner making the Zagoi pie, which looks very promising.. We dined there, and it was a fantastic meal! Don't miss the restaurant… We will definitely come back.

Terrible! Not recommended!

I have no words for this room. We saw the room in Booking and in TripAdvisor so we called and booked it for 60 euros per night. From the moment that we entered we saw some really irritating finds. The room was different than the one we saw online, smaller with old and furniture covered with spiderwebs. The bathroom was really small and old. Furthermore all linen and duvet covers were stained. Concluding we were really disappointed in the extend that we left the next morning even though we were planing to stay for 3 days. I am not recommending this hotel to anyone considering that with the same price we found a really descent hotel in 2 min walk.

wonderful stay for the whole family

We stayed for a week there with our 3 children. We had the best stay we could expect!
The rooms were cosy and clean, the location is just perfect.
The garden is a real pleasure for the kids, and also for us!
Then last but not least, great home made food. Full breakfast and delicious dinner we could have eaten every day in a very very pleasant restaurant!..
Most of all, we have to warmly thank the whole family running this place! They all were wonderful to us. Very warm, friendly and always happy.
