Highly Recommended!
I couldn’t thank Zeta enough for making our vacation so special! Me and my husband visited Paros just for 3 days, but we will definitely come back! Villa Zeta combines hospitality, location (literally 1 minute walk from the beach), and cleanliness. Highly recommended!

Excellent location close to the sea
Villa Zeta offers 3 rooms at an excellent location, with an unhindered view from the balcony to the sea, some 70m away. The room’s furniture and equipment are fairly new and functional although at least one chair would be appreciated. A large built in wardrobe offers plenty of room, and its flat top is ideal for placing suitcases. The mattress is hard. Tip: Place the summer quilt between the mattress and the bedsheet.
The company advertises the rooms being 45” away from the beach which might be true for professional sprinters. In order to reach the edge of Chryssi Akti beach you have to take a detour increasing the distance to some 320 m or 4 min which still qualifies as a short distance. At the end you will have to use the makeshift concrete stairs. If you have knee problems you will follow the path for another 150 m to reach the Golden Beach hotel and its easy access to the beach.
Room cleaning is provided every 5-6 days. This means that in-between you will have to take the toilet bin and trash bags yourselves to the closer municipal garbage container on the paved road, some 300 m away.
The room is suitable for calm holidays due to the small size of the establishment and to small children not being accepted. Moreover, in late July and early August you may benefit from the production of two large fig trees in the garden. There is plenty of parking space but not shaded.
Last but not least, be careful and do not try to fix any equipment malfunction yourselves. Better call the always willing administrator. In case of any damage the company will decline any responsibility and will not think twice before ruining your good holiday mood threatening you with legal action.

It was an amazing experience
Our stay was perfect in all ways! The villa was very clean and steps away from the beautiful beach. The owner was extremely helpful and kind every step of the way! I am visiting villa zeta every year because it’s really difficult to find such a clean place with all the comforts and this amazing sea view !

Relaxing stay at a nice house very close to the beach
I spent five days in Villa Zeta but I am definitely going back again next summer. The house is at a great location, a few metres away from the sandy Golden Beach, where you can find numerous restaurants and water sport activities.
The house was very clean and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The rooms have a nice view of the sea and they are perfect for a relaxing afternoon after swimming at the beach. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Zeta for your holidays.

Worth to stay
It's the second year in a row that im going to Villa Zeta. Miss Zeta is really polite and friendly and whenever I was needing help or some tips about the island she was always there. The location is amazing and the beach is in front of you. Rooms are extremely clean and I felt safe and comfortable.
