We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ninemia! From the moment we arrived, Soula made us feel truly welcome with her kindness and warm hospitality.
The cleanliness was simply outstanding—the cleanest accommodation we have ever stayed in. We have traveled to many places, but we have never experienced this level of spotless perfection. Everything was impeccably clean and smelled fresh, creating such a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay.
The hotel is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to that stunning scenery every morning was unforgettable.
Its location is also ideal, just a short drive from the beautiful beaches and the stunning natural landscapes of Perdika, making it a perfect base for exploring the area while enjoying complete tranquility.
Every detail reflects the care and dedication that Soula puts into making her guests feel at home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
We absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend Ninemia to anyone looking for a relaxing, spotless, and memorable holiday. Thank you, Soula, for making our stay so special—we will definitely be back

A hidden gem in Chania

Great experience at the Nemia Residence!
The house was really beautiful, clean and careful to the last detail.
The aesthetics of the area make you immediately feel relaxation and vacation, while the location was ideal for exploring Chania.
The hosts were excellent, very kind and always available to help with suggestions and whatever we needed.
The bed was simply superb, the facilities excellent and generally is one of the places you don't want to leave.
I will definitely prefer it again and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants an upgraded and quality stay in Chania.

Pampering and perfume

We stayed at the Ninemia Luxury Residence unfortunately only for three nights. The owner Soula is of a rare kindness and availability, her splendor reflected in her suites overlooking the pool and the beautiful panorama of the sea and the mountains. The cleanliness and 'nothing short of exaggerated, we did not find a trace of dust, the well-appointed suites smell clean as well as linen and towels, the beds are comfortable and comfortable, everything, even the Nespresso helped us feel pampered. We left today, but we miss Soula already. We will definitely return

EXCELLENT AND HOSPITAL

Excellent in terms of location, with a wonderful view, but also of building facilities.
The equipment of the room, perfect and of absolute quality.
The excellent communication with its people completes the data for an enjoyable stay.

Cleanliness and beautiful view.

One of the cleanest hotels i have ever been. Everything smells perfectly. It feels like you are in a small modern apartment and not hotel room. Has a beautiful view of the bay and very nice and welcoming staff. My kids had the best time in the pool. In the room you have Nespresso coffee machine and tablets which i loved. The hotel is up in the hill so you should have a car.
