Fabulous holiday

Just sat here on our last day What can I say, well for starters the rooms are excellent, we stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was spacious, clean and had everything we needed, massive shout out to cleaners who are so welcoming and work so hard, the beds were comfortable
Pool is a good size and were sunbeds available without getting up with the sun!!
The staff work incredibly hard here, the food is really good and at a reasonable price, the cocktails are amazing
We also ate over the road at filemena oh wow the food was delicious
We would definitely recommend Planet if you are coming to Tsvilli perfect base with lots on your doorstep

Average hotel

I have given this review an average as there was an issue with our room on arrival ( We paid for a Superior Double Room) which we were eventually moved to on the 2nd day of our holiday.
We arrived and they put in into this room think the room number was 403 or whatever I really did not pay attention to this as I was actually SHOCKED at the state of the room we had to stay in on our first night.
They did move us to the room we had paid for however I got the feeling that if we did not question the room they would have left me & my daughter there, other than this we had a really nice stay.

Truly Exceptional Stay in Zakynthos

Planet is an exceptional and truly unique place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, attentive, and professional service provided by every member of staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and pleasant throughout our stay.
Our room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful extra touch of our towels being arranged into different shapes each day, which was a lovely detail that made our stay feel even more special.
The pool area was beautiful and quickly became one of our favourite parts of the hotel. We spent a great deal of time there enjoying the relaxing atmosphere and wonderful surroundings. The hotel bar was also a fantastic addition, and we enjoyed several cocktails, drinks, and meals, all of which were of a very high standard.
Planet truly made our stay in Zakynthos memorable. We are very grateful for the hospitality we received and sincerely hope to return in the future. We would highly recommend Planet to anyone looking for a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable stay.

Awesome Planet

We've been coming to Tsilivi for many years now, but this was the first stay at Planet apartments. Absolutely loved it! We were in a two bedroom apartment, which sleeps 6 people and was huge! Everything is so modern and since being refurbished, has 2 bathrooms, which is handy when there's 6 of you sharing. The kitchenette is well equipped with everything you need to make snacks and light meals, although we chose to eat out all of the time.
The bar attached to the apartments is awesome. Food and drinks are excellent and very good value. A big shout out to the staff who run the place, they're absolutely phenomenal! So friendly and helpful, they work like trojans, nothing is too much trouble. The whole Planet experience is a credit to Babis, the owner. Well done

Best holiday, definitely going back!!

Myself and my daughter stayed here (our first time) and it was amazing. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and clean. No sunbed wars in the mornings, which was great. We are definitely going back next year. We can't wait. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to help out. Best holiday I've had in a long time.
