Excellent location, spacious clean rooms and very beautiful environment
Excellent hospitality! Initially the location is very convenient, central with easy access everywhere. There's a parking lot very close. The hotel itself is very beautiful, clean, careful to the last detail and it seems that people have made it with care. All the days we stayed with my company we were very pleased and the hospitality as there was always someone willing to serve us. We closed with breakfast and it was delicious!

Spacious and clean
The hotel is located in the most central point of Polygyros. We liked it very much, reminded us puppet house! The room was large enough and very clean! We would definitely prefer it again!

Worst hotel experience in our life
The unacceptable to inhumane behavior that we encountered for the first time in a hotel, as we travel often, I will quote here. In fact, I consider that it is a reason to remove the badge in question from them. We traveled with five people, including a disabled person and his party. The management was aware .The behavior was continuous observations, pointless to indiscriminate, while when our man needed hospital, due to an allergic reaction and he had to be lightly dressed, they sat in the yard (since there were neither chairs nor a table in the room, while the kitchen that was there was told to us immediately that its use is expressly prohibited, we paid 90 euros for a triple room without breakfast, without any other provision) then the owner said: should I say that there is a naked person walking around in our hotel or should we all walk around like this? But none of us was spared from the indecent behavior .When I returned to the room in the early afternoon on 7/30, I found water at the entrance. As my son informed me, shortly before we returned, the air conditioner started running water. The owner calls her mother. Before we say anything, she accuses us of knowing it and hiding it. (I am recovering from a fibula fracture, i.e. I was walking around with a slingshot, I shouldn't hit the spot again and I would like water in the room) She remains adamant, the floors will be destroyed... when I tell her you don't care, don't hit anyone, she replies are you human? I know what I'm doing with you since you came!!! We remain speechless, what am I asking, why are we making noise, getting dirty, not paying? You don't come out when I want the cleaner to come in, that was her answer. Then my 88-year-old mother asks her something again and she answers very insultingly.
I'm not here to answer someone who doesn't understand... I ask her for respect and politeness and she says you are servants. Politeness means servitude in the hotel in question. Visit Polygyros, it's worth it, but I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to anyone We left after this behavior, they ruined our vacation, because we would have stayed another day. If some people don't know how to treat visitors, let's hold seminars, until then anyone who doesn't know how to behave civilly to everyone and disabled people who forget but behaves and responds like this, it has no place in badges of honor! Personally, in recent years we choose small hotels due to covid. For us, small hotels end here, only large and branded chains that absolutely respect and prioritize their customers. They drew us to choice the atmosphere of the old house, beyond that you will not have anything else. There was no breakfast, the use of the kitchen was forbidden, hot water for tea only at the reception which was closed most of the time and the same people were absent most of the time. For us kindness, good hospitality and good behavior are above all, unfortunately we didn't just live there, we had the worst experience in a hotel of our life. A hotel is not only the room but primarily the behavior and from what it seems the specific ones, regardless of how they started, they don't want to function properly anymore and mostly it seems that they are bored but also that they don't know how to behave. Then we wonder about the decline of the country's tourism...
