More professional approach is needed

I was disappointed with my stay.There was no internet at all.Neither with personal data could you make a connection.While they know that there are water breaks they did not take care to have a tank with water to be used when there is a break.In our case there was an announcement from the previous day but they did not inform us and we did not have for the toilet.The rooms were clean.But there was no pigal and proper curtain.In the evening ants came out in the room to take a bath.
We had two social tourism tickets and we went four people.for five nights he asked for a total of 375 euros participation.then when I went there he told me plus ten euros the tax.I said that he had to say it from the beginning.He also wanted to pay in advance.In addition he wanted to pay before the days ended.I asked but when I went to pay with a card and not everyone.So they came every day for the basket, and when I asked for a proof he said that to cut me the receipt he wants but ten euros and that so do everyone in Preveza with the advance payment.He had two bottles of coffee at the beginning.He also had a room for me and he had two cakes for me.

Criticism

We left very disappointed by the accommodation.....the first two days the electricity continuously dropped...the internet didn't catch up at all well.....water to shower you had to wait after 16:00 because there was no water was cut.......in the toilet bathroom easily couldn't do because of the curtain...gallets for the toilet didn't have......the furniture is great anyway

very good

very clean tidy little hotel .
easy access from airport
comfy beds , great shower , nice balcony to sit on in evening .
in a little village with super market , various tavernas and a lovely coffee shop which is great for a brekky ( no bacon and eggs etc ) but typical greek , cold meats cheeses bread and boiled eggs ,
it's a very greek area which we loved , never saw or heard another British all week till got back to airport , massive (shigle) beach 300 Mts from hotel , free sunbeds, loungers, brollies and Wi-Fi which is very strong ( as I am writing this now from the beach ) all they ask is that you purchase a drink from their bar and you don't get bothered again!
we found the best taverna to be the one on the headland facing out to the sea , good food and very reasonably priced , every body is really friendly every where you go ,little tip if staying and eating in mytikas, bring cash ,no where takes card payments , which I can only assume is because of recent banking and financial problems
back to the hotel, air con is free and good, but don't expect it to be on when you come back after going out
all in all great relaxing holiday.,great weather and food (forgot to say there is a kebab shop too )
but it's not a place I would recommend for kids of most ages , not enough going on
