I love a lot

I love this hotel, we've been coming here for 4 years. The breakfast was very good. The location is fantastic, the staff are excellent, the hotel is spotlessly clean, and the newly constructed areas near the beach are a great addition.

One word terrible…

Upon arrival, we were immediately told there were issues with our room and were put in a suite; the next day, we were left in limbo because our room still had problems, so we ended up sitting around for hours in the morning with our suitcases.
The air conditioning barely worked, the rooms were damp and dated, and the beds were full of mold; there was a broken mirror, a lousy hairdryer, and lots of dust falling into the bathtub. The breakfast was okay, but by normal standards, this place wouldn't even qualify as a 3-star hotel. Out of sheer desperation, we booked another hotel in the Old Town just to get through the holiday and get some decent sleep.

Sea view!

Nice newly renovated superior room, 6th floor. Lovely sea view! Rock beach on the northern tip of Rhodes city. Nice breeze!

A good hotel with a great location

Nice hotel in great spot by the beach. Short travel to the Old Town, near the city center and all the shops and restaurants. Nice staff, ok breakfast, rooms a bit outdated.

The hotel where you never get peace and quiet!

Best location, close to everything, good room though worn and outdated decorated but clean and nice. Do not think it is worth its 4 stars, rather 3. Very good breakfast, varied. The staff are amazing, so nice and accommodating. But from early morning to late evening music is played with high volume, it can be heard throughout the stairwell and on the balconies, in addition, it is bad elevator music that is played interspersed with some live performances and then with even louder volume, really terrible. Do not choose this hotel if you do not want to listen to bad music 18 hours a day. Even for breakfast we didn't get peace and quiet. We will never stay here again, checked out after two nights, could not stand it anymore.
