An ideal hotel!!

A perfect hotel for discovering Santorini while being in a quiet area! Everything is done to make the place ideal: First of all, the staff is lovely, attentive, and thoughtful. The room is very comfortable, the view is superb, the bus stop is two minutes away, and the icing on the cake is a beach at the foot of the hotel. Go there with your eyes closed; you won't regret it!!

Great view!

What a view over the caldera! All rooms have that view. We had a regular 2p room but it is spacious enough, nice bed, fridge, terrace. There are also larger rooms and some have a private pool. And every day a delicious breakfast with delicious fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs and so on, not in buffet form but with service at the table. Very sweet Greek family who run the business. Help you with everything but not in an intrusive way. Nice pool with that view again. We always had space on a bed in the middle of the high season, one does not do towel laying. Barrel with drinks and snacks. Village of Akrotiri small but with everything you need. Supermarkets, ATM, restaurants. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect place to stay

We enjoyed a beautiful stay at Kokkinos Villas. We had a two bedroom two bathroom suite which was absolutely lovely. The view was incredible and the ambience totally lovely. Also, the hosts were extremely inviting and went out of their way to ensure our comfort during our stay. The included breakfast was also wonderful.

A quiet little gem with a view of the caldera

We had opted for Akrotiri to be outside the crowds of some other cities in Santorini; it was an excellent choice, quiet and relaxing, incredible views of the caldera, parking for the car, the village a stone's throw away, with shops, grocery store and restaurants. Great happiness. Visit here and there during the day and return to the clame for a nap or evening.
Finally this hotel is a gem; we opted for the two bedroom apartment, certainly without the small private pool, but direct access to the large pool. A huge terrace with stunning views of the sea, the liners, the caldera, the cities in the distance. The black sand beach is nearby also for direct sea baths in the caldera. Comfortable, wifi, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV... nothing is missing.
Finally, a lovely Welcoming, very kind and attentive people, hearty and delicious à la carte breakfasts, homemade.
