Enchanting stay with breathtaking views

Our stay at Senses Suites was excellent in every way. The view of the caldera is simply enchanting, while the suites perfectly combine luxury and aesthetics. The cleanliness was exemplary and the staff polite and always willing to serve.
An ideal choice for relaxation and quality stays in Santorini — we will definitely visit again!

Absolutely stunning hotel. Wonderful staff, great setting and the whole place has been done so, so well. From the second you arrive to the second you leave nothing is too much trouble. We stayed with our three daughters in the Aqua Suite and it was perfect. Two bedrooms, super comfy beds, two super bathrooms. Small touches like the arrival drinks, WhatsApp service and poolside service really made the stay feel special. Food and drink were all excellent too, especially the breakfast!

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The hotel is peaceful, tranquil, and the perfect place to unwind. The interior is beautifully designed with a modern, minimalist, elegant style, and the entire property is immaculately clean. The views across the sea are absolutely stunning, especially from the spacious pool area, where it was easy to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The staff were consistently kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
There are just a few areas where the hotel could improve. Breakfast was perfectly nice, but for a five-star hotel I expected a little more. There was no personalised omelette or crêpe station, and the fruit selection was fairly limited. It felt more like a four-star breakfast than a true luxury offering.
I was also surprised that use of the gym cost €40 per day. It is a fairly standard gym, and I believe access should be included within the room rate at a hotel of this calibre. The cocktails, at around €20 each, also felt overpriced.
Overall, though, these were relatively minor points. The beautiful surroundings, elegant design, exceptional cleanliness, breathtaking views, and welcoming staff made for a truly relaxing stay. If you are looking for a peaceful escape in Santorini, this is a lovely choice, and we would definitely return.

We’ve stayed at 3 hotels during our trip to Greece and NĒRO was by far our favorite one. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve seen and the staff is amazing and friendly and exceedingly helpful. It was our little oasis while in Santorini. The breakfast buffet was great, and chilling by the pool with a live DJ spinning relaxing tunes and ordering drinks was peak vacation vibes. Should out to Lefty and Vasilikis. They made our stay even better than it was already.

The hotel is fantastic. The pool is awesome, with DJ playing music. So are the staff and the restaurant. I highly recommend it.
