Exceptional Hospitality in Imerovigli
If you are looking for a place that combines the famous Santorini views with world-class service, Pegasus Suites & Spa is it. While the scenery is stunning, it was the staff who truly made our stay special. A huge thank you to Maria, Effie, Chari, Behzad, and Christoph for their incredible help—from seamless airport transfers to car rentals and perfect restaurant recommendations.
The Suite:
We treated ourselves to the Honeymoon Suite, and it was worth every penny. Having a private Jacuzzi and high-quality sun loungers meant we could enjoy the Caldera view in total peace. The daily housekeeping was charming, often leaving creative floral designs in the room. Plus, having a fridge and coffee/tea facilities made it feel like a home away from home.
The breakfast here is a huge spread that caters to everyone. You can get a proper latte or cappuccino alongside a mix of American staples (eggs, bacon, cereal) and authentic Greek treats. The spanakopita and dolmas were fresh and delicious every single morning.
It’s a very safe and scenic walk to Firostefani and Fira.
Just a heads-up that, like most of Santorini, there are a lot of stairs! It’s great exercise, but be prepared. There are a lot of steps – and I mean a LOT. We did see people walking with canes who managed the steps, but this side of the island is not manageable for people in wheelchairs or walkers.
The staff are experts at booking tours; our catamaran trip was a highlight of the vacation.
The hospitality here is truly exceptional. We leave with wonderful memories and can't recommend this team highly enough!

Unforgettable Honeymoon Stay in Santorini!
My husband and I stayed at Pegasus Suites for our honeymoon, and from each moment, it was truly amazing—we can't wait to go back! As an American gay minority couple, I’m always a bit concerned about feeling welcomed when traveling, but the staff here made us feel completely equal, safe, and warm the entire time. Special thanks to Maria, Harris, Effie, and Nishan at the bar. They were so friendly, attentive, funny, and genuinely kind-hearted. They made every single day feel celebratory and special. Highly recommend Pegasus Suites to anyone visiting Santorini!

A confirmation that doesn’t mean nothing!
I booked directly through the hotel's website and received five confirmation emails, including welcoming messages saying they were looking forward to hosting us, together with a confirmed reservation number. Naturally, I believed my reservation was fully secured.
Just a few hours later, the hotel cancelled my reservation, claiming that the room was no longer available. Despite their mistake, they refused to honor the agreed price for another available room or offer any reasonable solution.
The Reservations team handled the situation very poorly. I spent 35 minutes on an expensive international call, repeatedly being told to "hold on," before my call was simply abandoned without any explanation.
The hotel later claimed that my credit card payment had been declined. However, my credit card provider confirmed that no authorization request had ever been received from the hotel. My card was valid and had sufficient available funds. When I asked for supporting evidence, I was provided only with an undated computer-generated screenshot with no timestamp or verifiable transaction details.
For a hotel that promotes its commitment to guest satisfaction, this experience was the complete opposite.
I cannot recommend booking directly with this hotel!!

We are sorry that you were disappointed; however, several statements in your review do not accurately reflect what happened.
Your reservation was made on 30 July for an arrival on 1 August. As your arrival date was approaching, our system automatically sent the standard pre-arrival and welcome emails. These are automated messages sent to upcoming reservations and should not be interpreted as confirmation that the required payment authorization has been successfully completed.
Approximately 1.5 hours after the reservation was created, the booking was automatically cancelled because the required payment authorization was not successfully completed, in accordance with our booking policy. At no point was a successful payment received or confirmed by our payment system.
By the following day, when you contacted our Reservations team, the original room category had already been sold. Despite this, you repeatedly requested that we provide another available room at the same price as the cancelled reservation. Unfortunately, this is not how hotel availability and dynamic pricing operate, and we could not make such an exception.
Regarding your credit card, we can only rely on the response provided by our secure payment gateway. Unfortunately, no successful authorization was received through our system, and therefore the reservation could not be maintained.
We regret that this situation caused frustration, but our Reservations team followed the established booking procedures and policies, which apply equally to all guests.
We respectfully reject the inaccurate statements contained in this review. The events described do not reflect what actually occurred, and we retain all booking records, payment logs, and communication history documenting the reservation process. Dream experience
This hotel is simply an earthly paradise. Our room had a small terrace with a hot tub and a breathtaking view. Perfect location to reach all the most beautiful places on the island. Very kind, attentive, and helpful staff for any request. The girls at the front desk were very sweet and welcoming. With one of the 2 girls in particular, an affectionate bond was formed immediately, and there was a nice exchange of banter mixed in English/Italian. She recommended, among other things, some very beautiful beaches and excellent places to eat.
If you desire tranquility and want to dream, choose Pegasus Spa and Suites in Imerovigli and you will not regret it! Thank you all for the wonderful stay. Gaetano and Fabiana!

Wonderful vacation!
Went there with my wife to celebrate our 15 years anniversary, had a wonderful time! Great service from the staff, room was spacious and attractive, breakfast was your typical continental thing with high quality, and the views from the room were simply beathtaking! I recommend the Anor restaurant and also the Aegean restaurant, which are just a short walk away.
