Very nice and quiet accommodation in front of the black beach of Perissa.

Stayed at this property in late September. The accommodation is easily accessible by bus to/from Fira. The rooms are located on the back of the adjoining ice cream parlour so you have good and quiet privacy away from street noise. It has a beach with sun loungers. Very friendly staff who helped us in directions to reach them. The room has a fridge and stove and you can eat in the comfortable patio. The accommodation is clean, although cleaning does not take place every day. In the immediate vicinity there are many places to eat, shops, car rental, etc. Parking lots in the immediate vicinity. The only problem, is that you need to bear patience with the water that there is little pressure, but it is a common problem in the area. Wi Fi practically zero in the rooms and pretty poor outside.

Perfect studio for family relax!

The perfect place for a family of 4 (in our case) that looks for relax on this beautiful island. The place is ran by Alexandra, she’s pure energy and always ready to help. The studios are 200m away from the beach, clean and next to the Gelateria that it’s run also by Alexandra. It is really quite and enjoyable. We will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

Extremely unreliable in refunding a free booking through Booking.com

We have booked in March 2018 a studio in this place through Booking.com. We canceled the booking in time and got a confirmation from Booking.com that the booking was freely canceled.
Despite this fact Thera Incognita Studios withdraw 137 € from our credit card on March 29, 2018. On July 18, 2018 I was contacting Booking.com about this matter and one day later I got an Email from Thera Incognita studios that the money is on its way. By today (July 31) the money has NOT ARRIVED, despite a complaint by Email.
I can not exclude that Thera Incognita Studios do this on full purpose.

Alexandra the Great

So incognita that the place is hard to find but once you do you don't believe your luck. Beautiful courtyard of herbs and cacti surrounded by two-storied buildings designed in the style of the Greek villages. Our suite was clean and comfortable and we loved the unique bathroom design. The kitchen was well equipped and Alexandra was around to answer questions and follow up on guest requests. The studio was cleaned daily and towels replaced.
But the best part is that the studios are like 200 steps from one of the islands most beautiful and calm beaches, not a small deal in Santorini. I caught the fresh pinks and golds of the sunrise on our last morning there and it was pure poetry.
I don't know how she does it but Alexandra also owns and operates the Cafe Vienna in front of the hotel where the ice cream is homemade and the natives are very friendly.

Adorable studio

In back of Vienna Cafe just steps from the beach, this delightful studio is equipped with all you need to have a great stay. Alexandra, the owner, couldn't be more helpful or attentive. We loved the casualness of the spot and the location on such a lovely beach.
