Perfect location & incredible views from the new suites
Overall, we were really happy with this hotel. We stayed in the newer suites with jet tub.
Rooms - incredible view from the bed, AC worked well and room had everything you need.
Service - couldn't fault it, staff were friendly and helpful
Breakfast - simple but similar to what we've had in most greek hotels its what you expect. Only 1 coffee machine causes a bit of a wait but otherwise it was good
Location - perfect! Supermarket opposite for any essentials, 10 minute walk to start of main Skiathos town which is an absolutely fantastic town for restaurants, shops and just wondering around
Also - 100 yards from the beach which has sunbeds (through seperate company, €20 for 2) we'd recommend staying at the quiet beautiful pool and walking down to the sea when you want a swim
Overall we were happy we paid the extra money for this hotel over cheaper options.
For £250 ish a night, we do have some minor things to point out:
Balcony in our room - only 1 chair because of the jet tub. We always like to sit on the balcony with coffee in the morning / drink before dinner but this wasn't an option. Not a huge problem but just to note only space for 1 chair
Having to still pay for beach sunbeds at full price, same as guests who can just walk in was a bit disappointing. But we understand you are seperate bar & hotel, you have an agreement for breakfasts so maybe something for sunbeds.
The little things like only 1 coffee machine at breakfast, the service we had to ask for cutlery as they ran out etc. Ran out of water and didnt notice. Again, if we're being pretentious we would just say it was a tad slower service for the money.
Minor things like I say, if we visited skiathos we would still happily stay again for location to town, pool & beach. We drove around the island and struggled to see many better options.

Nimfi Hotel July 26
This was our second visit and once again the hotel did not disappoint. My friends we took this year also loved it. The location is great, walking distance to Skiathos town and lovely bars as restaurants along the Megali beach. The staff as Nimfi are extremely helpful and lovely , from management, reception and bar staff. Sophia on reception is a gem as our the girls working at bar, Georgia and Queenie! The beach bar is lovely. We had lovely rooms walking out onto the swimming pool area. Very comfy sunbeds and no fighting for beds in the morning. Thank you all for another wonderful stay and I really hope we will be back to see you again soon. I am still

Gorgeous place to stay!
Room was lovely and clean, we were in the older part of the hotel and they were still lovely. There was 4 of us, 2 on the sofa beds which were surprisingly comfy! View of the pool and sea was beautiful. The staff were so lovely and helpful! The hotel was right on the beach with a beach bar where breakfast was served. Location was amazing, right on the beach with loads of bars around and a shop. Town was 5 mins in a taxi and cost 10/15 euro depending on the time. Bus stop was right outside and the walk in was only 20 mins along the beach too. We loved it and will 100% stay here again!

Avoid the old block of Hotel Nimfi
My wife and I spent a week in the Nimfi. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast/bar zone was near the beach with great food and drinks. The new extension block and and swimming pool were very impressive. We had booked a SUPERIOR sea view room. The room had a lovely sea view and the decor was moderate. However, our room was opposite the cleaner‘s station, three steps from the reception and about ten from the busiest road on the island. We were woken up at 7.00 every morning with noise at the cleaners station and the reception. The main door at the main road was always open during the day and we could always here noise from the it. We asked to change rooms and were told that the hotel was full. We asked the reception to pass on our disappointment to the manager but we never heard from him. This room (202) was in the old block and we cannot believe that it was called superior. We were very disappointed. In addition, there was no shade in the pool area as the sunshades were macrame and many were broken anyway. If you go to this hotel ensure you have a room in the new block.

Would stay here again
Would stay here again. Arrived late at night but staff there to check us in and make us feel welcome. Had a room in the old building but it was in good condition and decent size. Was nice to be able to jump in the pool or swim in the beach. Breakfast was simple but done really well, one of fav's on our travels. Location was really good too. Right on the beach, which has many taverna's and only a 10 min walk into the old town.
