Outstanding break in Skiathos

What a little gem Villa Christina is. My first visit to Skiathos and it definatley wont be my last. Villa Christina has to be the most tranquil accomodation I have ever stayed at. No noise around the pool, the few children that were there were all very well behaved, no running or splashing in the pool hence the tranquility. The owners were beyond welcoming and they work so very hard to make sure every guest has everything they need. The service is outstanding and very personable with all names remembered as though you are their personal friends. The location is away from the busier areas of the island set within woodland so those less mobile would benefit from a car but dont let this put you off as this place is very special. Even when full, 93 guests, it never feels busy as guests come and go to some of the wonderful beaches in the location and further afield. If you want a truly family run villa in a glorious setting Villa Christina is a must. The rooms are spacious and clean and the grounds are just beautiful. The food in the restaurant is wonderful and plentiful, we never able to finish a dish! A huge mention for Elena who works so very very hard. Thank you Villa Christina for a very relaxing stay.

Lovely apartments in a beautiful setting

Fantastic holiday, brilliant hosts. Accommodation was lovely and clean. We went self catering which had a fridge, kettle, toaster and 2 ring hob. Room was spacious with a king size bed. Outdoor patio with clothes hanger, chairs and table. Location you are at the top of a hill and in the heat this can be hard work. We decided half way through hire a car which Eleanor arranged for us (this woman never stops). Beautiful apartments in a quiet location and lovely grounds. Listen out for the owls at night calling to each other. Thanks again for a fantastic holiday!

Perfect Greek Retreat

We have been to many Greek destinations over the last 25 years and Villa Christina is one of the best. As a family of 3 with a 9 year old son we found the location and the apartment spot on. We had a one bedroom apartment which was spacious, well appointed with a kitchen we could actually cook in and a large balcony.
Christina and Miltos who own and run the place have a wonderful team of caring and thoughtful staff. Nothing was too much and when our son started playing with their children they embraced him like he was their own.
The pool area was lovely, with great food available from the bar and everything was reasonably priced.
The site is up a hill but there was a path to the local beach that only took 5 minutes and 10 minutes down the road was a bus stop and a variety of restaurants and a shop. Buses were regular and easy.
If you want a friendly, well run, clean and peaceful Greek holiday near a lovely beach and great food...Villa Christina ticks all the boxes.

Loved loved loved

We had a wonderful time at Villa Christina and fell in love with Skiathos. We travelled as a 4, myself, my mother, daughter who we took for her 18th birthday and my best friend. The greeting you get every time you enter the gate at Villa Christina is so personable and we were treated like friends. We loved the rustic charm of the accommodation and the longer we were there the more we loved it. The food and hospitality at the little restaurant was fantastic and they work so hard.
Would we return?? YES, cannot wait!!

More Than a Stay – A Place That Feels Like Home

My stay at Villa Christina was absolutely wonderful, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
The property is beautiful, surrounded by a stunning pine forest, offering peace, tranquility, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The apartments are spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
What makes Villa Christina truly special is the owner and the family behind it. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need. You can really feel that this is a family-run business built with love and care, and it creates such a warm and personal experience for every guest.
Once a week, they organize fantastic pool parties with a DJ, creating an amazing atmosphere where everyone has a great time. If you're a sports fan, you'll also love the pool bar, where you can watch live sporting events on one of the three large TVs while enjoying drinks in a lively and friendly environment.
I had an unforgettable stay and enjoyed every single moment. Villa Christina is a place where you can truly relax while still having plenty of opportunities to socialize and have fun.
I will definitely be coming back, and I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Christina to anyone visiting Skiathos. It is a hidden gem that deserves every one of its five stars!
