Everything great
Kindness, cleanliness, wonderful area for children with toys on the lawn, spotless pool, barbecue in the garden! the room was equipped with electrical appliances and had a pillow menu which I have never found before in a hotel

Wonderful place to stay
Villa Riviera a nice and relaxing place, the rooms with a very nice decoration and with big balconies where you can stay. The breakfast was wonderful with varied and delicious food. And most importantly the host of the house was very friendly and kindly. It was a pleasure for us to spend a week at Villa Riviera.

It is a great place for a holiday trip for the whole family. Cozy, quiet surroundings.
It is a great place for a holiday trip for the whole family. Cozy, quiet surroundings and, above all, a great team looking after all details to be perfect in this place. It's a good place to relax, there is a swimming pool and the breakfasts in the garden are huge, varoius and just wonderful. Thanks to Kyriazis and his team for their attention to details like my and my daughter's food allergies. It is safe, clean and healthy save choice. The breakfasts exceeded our expectations :)
It is a very good place to go and visit beautiful wild beaches, scenic spots, waterfalls and hiking paths. After breakfast, you can ask Kiriazis about local attractions, spend a good day outside Stavros and spend your afternoons exploring the beautiful town of Stavros (it may take few days), or spend time with the family by the pool on a sun lounger (Wifi works very well). By the way restaurants and event local fast food are great and not only based on seafood.
We were surprised how few compatriots there are in this part of Chalkidiki. There are mainly Serbs and Hungarians, hmm, interesting. I heartily recommend it, if in doubt, please contact me or contact Kiriazis directly.
A po polsku, krótko i zwięźle, warto wybrać się do Stavros i odwiedzić apartamenty Kiriazisa, po prostu prowadzi ten biznes z sercem i wysokiej jakości. Warto wziąć śniadania i robić wypady w okolice Stavros. Oczywiście warto pojechać autem z PL na min 8-12 nocy, ale jest to optymalny kierunek, nie zawsze warto pędzić jeszcze kolejne 400km na południe. To nie Łeba czy Władysławowo, Mielno ani Gąski, to raczej Sarbinowo, Unieście, spokojniejsze miejsce na wypoczynek.

Best place for staying
Such an amazing and relaxing place. The rooms are clean, comfortable, very nice garden and pool. The breakfast is excellent and the owner is so friendly makes you feel like home. Great location. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

Clean room and pool with excellent breakfast and a great host!
Everything was irreproachable, from the very clean room which was impeccable, to breakfast which was diverse, fresh and plentiful (more than we could eat), relaxing time at the pool or in the garden, to sincere hospitality. The owner was very nice and pleasant host, very careful to details, he even prepared surprise welcome gifts and paid special attention to kids :) and always ready and happy to assist us with whatever issue we had, including with inspired recommendations on what to visit around or advice on which route to take depending on the traffic or weather. The places to visit are very beautiful, from beaches to small islands, caves or waterfalls. We relaxed and felt comfortable and safe. Thank you for shaping our vacation into a perfect one!
