Good, very clean and quiet hotel complex

Very clean, modern rooms (ours was with pool). Cleanliness is a top priority here. Rooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan, flat screen, coffee machine (daily filling by the staff), safe, hairdryer, refrigerator, good bed quality. Friendly, helpful staff (languages, English and German). Breakfast and dinner in buffet form (however, in the evening there is still much room for improvement. Overall, the hotel complex is very quiet, about 8-10 minutes from the village or the beach. For stays with children, the complex is rather suitable only to a limited extent (small pool and table tennis table). Unfortunately, there is no gym, but a rooftop bar.

Ok - but no recommendation or rebooking

I give the hotel a total of three stars. The main reason for my review is the Quality of food. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style. The quality of the food is rather average and tasteless. The choice, on the other hand, is sufficient. Regarding the quality, I like to point it out on an example: since I am in Greece, right on the coast / by the sea, I would very much like to have fresh local fish for dinner, instead on one evening there was Pangasius in frozen quality.
Also the mushrooms are canned and vegetables rather TK instead of fresh . Unfortunately, only five staff members are friendly on the inside, which is the boss of the restaurant and the blonde younger waitress, the bar employee, the pool boy and the egg cook from the breakfast buffet. Pool towels are exchanged for three euros each, a Service included in other comparable hotels. Prices for drinks, on the other hand, are perfectly common. Overall, I would not book the hotel again and would not recommend it.

Nice and modern hotel with good location

We had a lovely stay at this place. The facility is very modern and our hotel room has and very well liked. We had a superior suite with private pool where you could relax well. The staff are very friendly and the hotel has a great location to explore different places on the island from there. What we didn't like so much is that there is only a single bottle of water on arrival in the room. Therefore we recommend (should you have your own car) to stop at the nearby supermarket on the way to the hotel and buy something. Also, in our opinion, the food unfortunately does not meet the other standards of the hotel. You can always find something to eat and like, but the offer could be even better. Overall, however, a recommended hotel with a good location.

SUPER HOLIDAYS!!

The Hotel it's new and very modern. At the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was always many choices and very tasty food. At the rooftop bar has an amazing view and great cocktails.
Another top thing to mentioned it's the staff from the reception, services and the cleaning ladies are always with a smile and very eager to help you with everything you ask.
If you are looking for a new Hotel and to relax this one it's for you then !!

Sorry to leave. Highly recommended.

We booked through Love Holidays and were slightly sceptical that the computer generated pictures would not reflect the reality. We were wrong. The resort is beautifully designed. Very modern with stylish features inside and out. We had a lovely room with plunge pool. Room cleaned daily. Resort very well maintained. Buffet for both breakfast and evening meals. Good variety. Staff are friendly, polite and efficient. Peaceful. Set slightly uphill away from sea, but good views from pool, restaurant and some rooms. Some lovely beaches nearby. **We would mention that some photographs of the resort are very dated and that today's reality is very different. Also that the hotel is closer to Kouda than Georgiopoulis. Car hire is recommended, as Crete is spectacular inland and on the coast. (Car hire is available close by as well as at airport, as are shops.)
