Stiamo al quinto giorno di vacanza e non ho bisogno di finire la vacanza per giudicare questo luogo
Proprietario disponibile gentile e garbato.
PARLA INGLESE ED ITALIANO a dispetto delle bugie scritte nelle altre recensioni.Il Posto è fantastico.La spiaggia dista 10minuti a piedi ma se si va su un isola è consigliato visitarla,quindi una macchina o un motorino è preferibile averla/o per godersi tutti i posti belli dell' isola.
Un motorino costa in media 20euro al giorno,ma si trovano anche a meno.
Perfetto per le coppie e ragazzi che si accontentano di poco.
Per me passa a pieni voti 5 stelle meritate

What a dump. Stay away.

Stayed in these studios for 7 days recently and let me tell ye, it was a disaster. There were 10 of us altogether and all would agree strongly.
There is absolutely nothing in the complex, no pool, no bar, the cleaner who came every second day did nothing but replace the towels with 2 tiny towels and when we asked for more the guy have a face on him . We had to pay for toilet paper, the showers didnt know how to stay hot or cold , the owner gave out when we left the air con on , we wernt allowed put chairs on the grass , there is absolutely no form of security for your belongings , there is a roaster farm right behind the complex and the roosters began their daily howl (along with all their dog friends) at 5:30 in the morning and the worse thing ever , the BEDS was like sleeping on a brick wall , nobody could possible sleep right on these things.
seriously stay away, its a absolute dump.

Vacanza stile campeggio, ma era ció che cercavo!

Un soggiorno di 4 giorni in un villaggio stile campeggio, fornito di tutto l’occorrente necessario a trascorrere una vacanza a Ipsos.
L’accoglienza è stata la chiave di questo soggiorno.
Il proprietario è stato disponibilissimo e gentilissimo in ogni richiesta fatta , ma in generale posso assicurare che la gente che vive in questa terra è calorosa e soprattutto ti fa sentire a casa.
Così è stato.
Se un giorno dovessi ritornare a Ipsos non avró dubbi su dove andare!
Non aspettatevi di trovare l’hotel a 4/5 stelle, ma aspettatevi di vivere un’esperienza più spartana e fuori dagli schemi!

Ottimo soggiorno

Soggiorno di 1 settimana , casa pulita e dotata di aria condizionata,proprietario gentile e disponibile, non do 5 stelle per la posizione che dista di circa 15min dalla spiaggia, per ovviare a questo problema basta affittare un motorino a poco prezzo.

Corfù

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence per dieci giorni: premetto che Corfù non brilla per pulizia o per ricchezza, quindi se cercate qualcosa di lussuoso vi conviene alloggiare in uno dei pochi alberghi 5 stelle. Noi (a differenza di quanto recensito sotto) ci siamo trovati molto bene: non abbiamo mangiato mai a casa perché la vita costa così poco che non conviene fare la spesa e per questo la cucina non è stata mai utilizzata. L'appartamento era pulito all'arrivo e lo è stato nei giorni seguenti. Il bagno ammetto che era un po' angusto e scomodo ma del resto si tratta di un piccolo monolocale arrangiato alla meglio. L'aria condizionata funziona alla grande. Il residence non dispone di altri servizi ma se la vostra intenzione è quella di godervi il mare sicuramente non necessitate di una piscina davanti casa! Il proprietario si è presentato all'inizio della vacanza e si è dimostrato subito un tipo molto socievole e alla mano (preciso che parla sia l'italiano che l'inglese). In sintesi l'appartamento era giusto rapportato al prezzo contando che comunque siamo in alta stagione.
