Awesome. Great even in winter!

We reserved a family studio on the website for a winter weekend for us and two kids, aged 7 and 4. When we arrived, Maria helped us get settled and upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment. She had opened the heated pool, and there was a small trampoline, table tennis and foosball. We really enjoyed swimming and using the facilities and didn't have to leave the main building. The apartment was very clean and perfect for our short stay. Our kids wanted to stay longer! It's only a shame that it rained and we didn't get to enjoy many of the other experiences that Anilio Plaza offers in good weather, including outdoor gatherings, cafe, etc. We definitely plan to return!

ANILIO PLAZA...Below expectations!

The place is well-kept, the rooms are spacious, but the facilities do not correspond to category 4, for the money they asked for... (probably for 2
is) Breakfast needs improvement, there were only the basics and standard ones. If and family business or good morning was an endangered species and we were asked to speak to them in the plural. The only exception was the gentleman who was there, who was very kind.

It could have been better...

We had booked a maisonette, 2 adults & 1 8 year old child for 6 nights, €175 per day.
Positives: Very clean room, nice & well-kept surroundings.
Negatives: particularly poor breakfast & low quality. The recreation room closed at 10:00 p.m. and they had a common quiet time from 11:00 p.m., so it basically didn't keep its occupants there for games, etc.
Also, they would need a few more utensils in the kitchen, eg a second small pot or a pan.
Even though the amenities on their website said there was an iron & ironing board in the room, there wasn't and you couldn't borrow one from the front desk (we were told they would make sure to get one though).
The staff were ok, some smiling, some not, without much desire to create a friendly atmosphere.
Overall, it was not good value for money. Perhaps the accommodation is more ideal for families with small children up to 4-5 years old who may go to bed very early in the summer as well. It's a pity because the place is very nice but it was as if it had no life..

The worst place i have been iny life.

Just about the worst hotel(?) I have ever been in the 65 years i am travelling. I suggest you burn your money rather than visit that establishment. Lousy breakfast mud water instead of coffe, etc etc. Of course no amenities in the room. Ho heating, freezing cold room. No hot water in the bath. No wifi in the evenings. Should i go on ? One word. AWFUL. And of course expensive.

Clean and quite but is that enough?

The family who runs the hotel has transformed the indifferent plot at Kakovatos into an oasis. The level of service is high,everything is clean and shiny, although there are certain things that should improve. You can hardly find a signal for mobile, there is no wi-fi available in the room, the breakfast is poor and you have to pay extra to use the tiny sauna. The most irritating of all is that YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED(!) to bring your friends or relatives for coffee on the cafe available by the pool "for reasons of privacy" (!) as the owner himself stressed out! So if you plan to meet your friends around and have a word with them, book elsewhere!
