The staff were incredible friendly and efficient room was clean and comfortable location is very good near tajmahal STaff name vishal is very good behaviour and helpful.

The location of the hotel is poor.

The hotel is absolutely not safe; there is no security outside, even at the gate. It is an old house; naked people roam around the hotel, there is no positive atmosphere, and lewd looks stare at you as one looks at prostitutes.

The restaurant all staff was drunk.

The atmosphere at the front of the hotel is terrible.
People who have been drinking loiter and sit right at the hotel gate.
Resturent was nice and clean but food was not good.
The staff serves while under the influence of alcohol.

Don't visit this place if You are coming with family

Bugs in bed
The major problem is with bathroom. It’s too dirty.
Not suitable for comfortable stay.

I rented a car to tour Agra.
The car rental was charged at a very high rate.
They charged 2,500 for local sightseeing in Agra.

There is smell in the rooms of this hotel
Cleaning issue everywhere .We took taxi service from the hotel. They charged very high for local Agra 2000,
